Worst delivery service ever!
I have never had a package delivered to my home. They always write that they cannot locate me or some other reason. I always have to redirect the package to the parcelshop. Then the package is delayed 2, 3 to 4 days or is delivered to someone completely different without the possibility of a complaint. This is the worst shipping service I have ever experienced. My location is: Viersen-Germany and I have never had a courier from another company not find me at home. If I could, I would give minus 10 stars. I think it's really a problem of the company... they probably don't pay their employees enough or they don't train them in any way at all or they have too low expectations for the trustworthiness of employees. The worst part is that it makes people very stressed, which then causes diseases...I am seriously ill and they should have delivered my medicine. Now all I can do all weekend is cry from the pain…
