Aventus for Her by Creed is a Chypre Fruity fragrance for women. Aventus for Her was launched in 2016. Top notes are Green Apple, Bergamot, Lemon, Patchouli, Pink Pepper and Violet; middle notes are Musk, Rose, Sandalwood and Styrax; base notes are Black Currant, Peach, Amber, Lilac and Ylang-Ylang.

After the great success of the masculine fragrance Aventus, launched in 2010 to celebrate Creed’s 250th anniversary, Creed decided to create its female version Aventus for Her, launching in June 2016. The new fragrance for women is said to be as compelling as its legendary masculine counterpart.

Creed Aventus for Her is announced as an empowering, confident, mesmerizing and irresistible fruity - fresh perfume. It begins with top notes of patchouli, green apple, bergamot, lemon, pink pepper and violet. The middle notes are composed of Mysore sandalwood, rose, musk and styrax. The composition ends with a base of sweet peach, black currant, lilac, ylang-ylang and amber.

The fragrance is available as a 30 and 75 ml Eau de Parfum.

It smells strange on my hand (something sweet+bitter?) but on my shirt I can even smell something that's similar to the original Aventus (very good). Maybe it was made for spraying on clothes not skin or more likely this was some sort of accident by using components that vary too much on peoples' skin when they smell it. But maybe it is noses+skin, not just skin. Or some of the components disappear/change too quickly in the bottle so it depends on when this was produced and bought and tried on. Because 3.63/5 for a very expensive scent doesn't look right (and there is no "other" agenda behind it here that typically and also most probably undeservedly causes the low rating).

KaroKat

Wow. I really dislike this. Very strong medicinal aftershave odor. Influencers raved about this one so I followed the herd and got a decant. Strangely, I felt very nervous when I was wearing this - almost panicky lol! It took a serious scrubbing in the shower and an additional 12 hours of airing myself out to rid myself of this. Two things I've learned from this purchase:
1. Influencers are paid to like horrid and egregiously overpriced perfumes
2. You don't need a decant to determine if you'll like a fragrance. Save your money and get a sample

Moonflower2012

I have been curious about this for a long time and today found a tester in a perfume hall. Aventus smells expensive and well put together with quality ingredients. However, it has a hard, cold edge to it and the ambroxan and patchouli are dominant, so much that I can taste them. It’s even more metallic than Rive Gauche. If they hadn’t called it Aventus, they could have called it ‘Iron Lady’. It’s not for me.

paulamurrrz

Smelled this on my friend, and wowww the projection and lasting power are insane! I seriously could not stop myself from sniffing her lmao, she just smelled so good. The opening is very refreshing, and the dry down is sweet. It’s such an addicting scent, I see this leaning unisex, I feel anyone with enough confidence could pull off this powerhouse.

MisterMommy

I am relatively new to fragrances and this is my first scrubber. It’s hard for me to imagine why anybody would want something with this much longevity and projection, it’s just obnoxious to take up this much space. This is a citrus and musk hellscape that reminds me of being in public transit behind an old man who has become noseblind to his aftershave and has dumped the whole bottle on himself. I washed it off and I still reek. Hard pass, especially for the price.

Jazminerenault

If you’re looking for a scent that will have people stop you and ask you what you’re wearing this is the one. I think the woody profile comes out stronger than any other scent profile. Very strong you don’t need too many sprits for it to be long lasting. Last a very long time. Gives unisex fem not strictly fem.

Sleekdecadence

It definietly reminds me of Mugler Innocent, maybe my nose or the tester is wrong.

synesthasia

I got a sample of this creation today. It has been so overhyped and popular I was expecting something worth at least some of the hype. I was so disappointed. I hate it when reviewers here compare perfumes I love to burnt tires, garbage, ashtrays and other unsavory odors but, hey, this thingy smells like lemon scented dishwashing liquid or those lemon scented air fresheners. Apologies if those who love this perfume take exception to my low brow comparisons but I haven't been that underwhelmed by a fragrance for a very long time. And for such a price tag. Seriously? There's absolutely nothing interesting or pleasant about this smell. Over and out.

East River Pearl

Spicy, powdery citrus heavy rose. Expensive and older smelling. Rather moderate sillage for all that it is a very strong scent.

AnniePruana

I recognize this opening, it's in a bottle under the sink to polish wood furniture. Middle notes are lighter as if you entered a parlor recently spiffed up for special guests. Dry down thankfully the overpowering lemon fades and a not unpleasant crisp pepper remains. I'm sure this scent has a person, a type, they wear a uniform of see me as your leader or else.

yukikiki

This fragrance made me mad.

Smell is clean, citrusy, woody, musky. I don't really detect many fruits. Also leans unisex if not masculine. Simple and clean. Very airy and light (as in not heavy or thick). But it doesn't grab me. And I'm quite surprised at the price for this.

Also smells of a rich person who's cold and bitchy - holier than thou. The type of person who wouldn't move or step a bit to the side when they see you coming because YOU have to move for THEM. And while they do in fact see you, they pretend they dont. I hate those people.

Anastasia.A

Common light fruity floral with a common musky -woody dry down. 5/10 if it was designer, 3/10 being niche.
Edit 2.11.24. I had another try to finish my sample. While the opening is tolerable, the dry down is awful. If I had some left, I would throw away the sample for not risking putting it on in the future. Thick fruity musk, a scrubber

simriser1

The synthetic musk absolutely filling up this fragrance is just the most rotten, horrendous thing I have ever tested! Holy christ, Number 1 worst fragrance I have found. Constructed like a 3 year old constructs LEGO = slapped together

This must have been an attempt by Olivier, or his son Erwin who comes across like a real weirdo. One of them must be the true perfumer here, its so goddam fake, FOUL and missing the mark as far as "elegant lady" is concerned, this smells like a lady who fell into a fabric softener factory in Shenzhen, had to be put down afterwards.

The worst aspect is how long lasting and parasitic this white musk is, you cant wash it off, its already seeping into your body, the affected limb must be amputated!

This is ""Polypropylene Bile For Her EDT"" we should ban these shitty white musks! If they aren't derived from crude oil I am Santa Claus ok?

Birdie123

I smell no fruit or floral in this one! It's straight up old grandpa cologne for me! NO, THANKS!

Powerfulpatchouli

Excellent bougie office perfume. For when you are top of the leader board and want to keep your colleagues at bay. There’s no need to identify exactly who you are to the people you work with or clients. No need to tell them that you cosplay as Sailor Moon on the weekend, sing in an eighties tribute hair band or tour cemeteries while practicing the occult. All they need to know is you are in their presence because you show up and do the work. You are the best in the company and they are probably a bit scared of you. Nothing wrong with a bit of fear

peachparadise

Reminds me of Gwen Stefani's first perfume in the L shaped gold bottle

Alyssa31

This just smells like lemon and alcohol to me, which makes me think of cleaning products. It is a very fresh scent and I can see how some people may like this, but I don't get all the hype around this fragrance

ArtOfScent

As a gourmand girlie, this was a letdown. I didn’t get the citrus, no apple, nothing.
Just white florals and ‘fresh’ vibes.
I also don’t think this is a ‘for her’ perfume as this is very much unisex, almost leaning masculine IMO.
I must say tho, the longevity is crazy, even hours after scrubbing off my skin I can still smell it.

karinavi

firstly, not feeling the "for her", definitely pulls unisex. "her" would have to be an office woman who enjoys smelling like citrus scented bathroom cleaner. i can see why men clamor for the original dna, but it just doesn't work as well in a women's perfume imo especially for the creed price tag.

Laurenjh

A classic in my perfume library along with baccarat rouge. I always wear this when I want people to smell me haha as it’s very strong I find! It makes my husbands eyes water if we’re in the car and I’m wearing it. People tend to make comments on it.

AveParfum

I have been a huge fan of Creed for a good 25 years. Back when I discovered them, I didn’t mess with “men’s” fragrances, so I own some of the older women’s stuff, like Jasmin Imperatrice Eugenie. I have never sampled Aventus and can’t compare this to the original, which is great because I can review this on its own merits.

Aventus for Her was a blind-buy, but a very successful one! I watched every YouTube video I could find, but honestly people didn’t describe it very well. Lots of “Wow, this is soooo good,” or, “My favorite, definitely a 10 out of 10!” But no deep descriptions. There were a few vloggers who mentioned words like “powerful.”

Opposite of powerful, compared to most of my perfumes it’s fairly fresh and more like a unisex cologne. Definitely overpriced, yet I do really love it. I mostly smell a blend of sweet red apple and tart green apple. Smells boozy and also honey-like. Rose is the only flower that I detect. As it dries down, it becomes more woody. I smell crushed fir needles and bark. Definitely gives me an evergreen forest cologne vibe.

The criticism is that there’s too much Iso-e-super and ambroxan. They seem to intensify over time and take over the fragrance.

Definitely doesn’t have the high-quality ingredients the house used to have, and I would bet that’s largely due to the EU and all their bans on basically every beautiful material.

I love Aventus for Her and view it as an easy reach year-round. Great for running errands or for a business lunch. I can see how women who wear the usual mainstream floof from Ulta would find it too masculine, but a woman like me who loves rich fragrances, woods and resins can easily pull this off.

cristinatinera27

was eager to test it and I finally got a sample today. it's masculine, it's not what I imagined at all and I don't know why but somehow it reminds me of Issey Miyake L'eau Bleue D'issey.

MyAlabasterJar

Juicy citrus and bold pepper. The peppery vibe stays for a long time. I prefer the pineapple in the OG Aventus because I don’t pick up on any sweetness in the citrus. Powdery violet comes through quickly. I’m saving my final impression for the height of summer as I think this will sparkle and shine in heat. A bit masculine for me, so I’ve been layering with Narciso Rodriguez for her EDT to add richness and depth.

Buster Keaton

Personally for me
its about fresh little bit wet morning rose, yes its beautiful, yes its for sure unisex! as i man i really enjoy this scent on me!

AnastasiaGostieva

Juicy fruits with a bit of sharp (and still masculine) freshness from neroli (or orange blossom) and very sweet base. It’s musky and radiant but seems like they’ve just added sweet stuff to the classic Advents formula to make it “for her”.

I swear this perfume has ruined all others for me! I always want to reach for this ( sometimes I’ll choose something different- my collection includes CC madam moiselle, Mon Paris, Jean Paul Gaultier Scandal, TF Lost cherry, Si & d&g the one ). In saying that I do think it’s more masculine & fresh rather than fruity - it’s a crisp clean scent for sure! It’s not something I’d usually go for. I want my husband to wear it as I think it would smell better on him than me. I’ve never been complimented when I wear it tho! But I love it 😍

santeripe

I don't think I've ever seen a scent this controversially rated? Some say this smells like a vintage mature serious perfume, some say this is an easy-to-wear modern light fruity scent. Some say this is totally forgettable and generic, some say they've never smelled anything like this. Some say this is very feminine and elegant, some say this reminds them of overpowering men's cologne. This seems to be like a rorschach test for noses.

Definitely something to sample just because of this. I personally find this unique and the best freshie I've ever tried. The ultimate evening-at-home after-shower scent for me. But not something to wear on an occasion where you want your scent to impress, because people seem to smell all sorts of weird things in here.

AurelieGeuz

I just finished my bottle. I have used this fragrance the past year as an out of shower scent before getting to bed. Will not buy again. It is a little bit of boring scent for the price point.
I prefer stronger, more amber and woody like fragrances.

Hstafford85

I smell a tad of nail polish remover mixed with men’s aftershave. I’m glad I only bought a small sample.

V_rose29

I finally brought this fragrance again after 5 years of not owning it . I remember 2016 this came out when I was 19 years old and it came to the shop I use to work at I use to work on perfume counters when new fragrances came in it was so exciting ,I love a fresh fruity floral fragrances ,soon as I smelt it I loved it and after my shift ended I brought a bottle I wore it everyday I would constantly recommend and sell it while I was at work to.
I wore this for two years straight.

For the first hour or so I get a lot of a fresh apple note mixed in with floral notes then as it dries down more I get the peach note with the florals and a soft musk it’s blended very well.

Some say it’s unisex or leans more masculine I disagree I think it’s very feminine but that’s my opinion but that doesn’t mean a man couldn’t wear this because someone close to me wears this and it smells lovely on him he layers it with the men’s one.
I wear a lot of men’s fragrances too so that’s why I don’t find it masculine.

Longevity is great for me it lasts hours, this is great for spring and summer this would make a great wedding guest fragrance, going to a fancy brunch or a day time party even a day time date. It’s perfect for that.
I don’t no why it took me so long to re buy it but I’m glad I did.

Totalcrazys

All I am getting is shower gel for men 😰 and yes I have aventus for her 🤣 🤷♀️

fyetan

A nice strong apple scent. Doesn't smell as complicated as the notes imply but it's definitely not a solinote. Surprising (or not surprising given the price) longevity, 8 hours later and still going strong for a fresher fruit.

JmThms

I like this, and although it deviates from the Aventus DNA, I like it better in some ways than its masculine-marketed OG king. Specifically the persistence of the fruity melange. I guess black currant and peach in the base will do that. The fruity accord in my Aventus makes a very quick exit to make way for that smokey birch. But Aventus for Her does NOT lean feminine to my nose. Although a bit less masculine than Aventus OG, this is very unisex, and if anything seems to lean a bit masculine to me. Maybe the patchouli in the opening and styrax steer it more masculine. There is an earthiness that is very apparent. People are too easily swayed by marketing and names. The "for Her" is misleading in my opinion. It opens close to the Aventus OG DNA but quickly goes it's own direction, but not a feminine one. Not bad.

Liliana1976

I love it so much. I actually spray it when I go to sleep. It's not overpowering, so inviting and elegant. I get a ton of compliments when in public.

nurtenka

I absolutely love this perfume.
To me, it's the perfect spring, summer perfume that screams confidence!

Jezeleah

This was released around 2016, and it was the first creed new release since I’d discovered the house, or maybe it was Royal Princess Oud, I forget which. Anyhow both came out within a year or so of each other, and I dutifully got samples of each from the creed counter. At the time I just thought this was way too masculine. I gave the hefty sample to my sister and everyone loved it on her. She always planned on buying a full bottle until I told her how much it cost.
Then I revisited this fragrance in 2018 and fell in love. What seemed masculine before was now perfectly unisex. This fragrance has unabashedly marked it’s place in my collection, and is one of my top tier must haves nowadays. What a change from it’s humble beginnings in my amateur point of view anyway.
Intrestingly, I still have that Royal Princess Oud sample still in my fridge after all these years. Who remembers that back in those days Creed used to encourage storing their fragrances in the fridge? I was specifically advised to do so by my creed representative at Neiman Marcus, and so that is where I stored my Spring Flower, when I had it. I now just store my fragrances in their packaging and in a hutch.

gretta

Seriously? Some find this good??

Ardashir neshan

Uzayr_J

I liked aventus for her, but I think it's for those women who love strong fragrances, as it leans more towards male or unisex, it's longevity is not that great but i love sniffing it from myself 😜, i will recommend it if you get perfumed oil of it and if you love strong floral spicy fragrance

Jenla

I don't know if I'd agree with the unisex reviews on this fragrance. The scent is definitely leaning more towards mature woman, very shampoo-floral vibe with a punch of pink pepper.
Considering the price of Creed though, the longevity and sillage is horrendously poor.
Other than the nice bottle and the brand name, this fragrance doesn't really deliver on any other avenue other than being a financial statement.
I would say save your moolah and invest it in a fragrance that'll actually stand out in a crowd and last.

perfumelovere

There's something in this formula that reminds me of Delina even though they don't necessarily smell alike. They both possess that kick/spice/punch/tang that does not suit my chemistry. In Delina I can attribute it to the incense and nutmeg but here the only note that could be spicy is red pepper and maybe the ylang-ylang? I pick up on the apple and as others have said, fermented citrus is prominent. I thought it was going to be masculine. I don't get a manly vibe although a guy could pull this off. Someone else said Christmas tree and I can understand why even though there is no fir in the pyramid. This is harsh with so much going on and too feisty for my nose. You will absolutely get the niche feel though as it is much more complex than designer perfumes out there.

motorjon68

Definitely unisex. A well done rose with a sharpness from the citrus. Reminds me of Rose Prick.

User2019

This is more a unisex smell and I feel like the one for men is nicer (my personal opinion). This has a sort of sharp smell to it. Like mentioned by other users “fermented citrus” is the perfect way to describe it. I do like to wear it sometimes as a summer smell and feel it wears good in heat. Love hate relationship with this smell. It’s fresh but I just sometimes wish there was something more to it.
To those relating it to dolce Gabbana light blue…it smells nothing like that

sm311214

To me this is a unisex fragrance definitely leaning more masculine.

Ohtaycanyousee

It performs well in the heat and AC I cannot see it doing well in the cold weather tho, we shall see. This is a slightly screechy perfume on the top notes, once it fades it does balance out to a fruity, ambery, starchy scent. I was walking my dog, and a gentleman sitting maybe 20 feet away said I smelled good, so insane silage, and longevity

malenapo

Aventus for Her reminds me so much of Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue the first minutes - it is only stronger and with Patchouli note that makes more a statement. Light Blue Eau de Parfum Intense!!

Enrium

Aventus for Her is a synthetic floral-fruity with a heavy-handed dose of ambroxan in the base. While not unpleasant, it is fairly generic and, like most Creed perfumes in my opinion, overpriced for what it is.

AFH opens with a prominent apple note, crisp and dry, bolstered by citrus and pink pepper. There is a dry, musky, slightly metallic undertone from the beginning thanks to the ambroxan note.

Powdery florals follow, with rose and soft violet most prominent. I get some blackcurrant here, dry and medicinal. Some sweet white florals add body.

As it dries down, the amber accord develops, with some sweetness joining the dry, musky ambroxan. Earthy patchouli and woody notes creep in, forming a chypre base of sorts that is a pleasant progression from the dry floral-fruity opening. Unfortunately for me, it fades to a single-note ambroxan skin scent that lingers, eventually becoming headache-inducing. Sillage is moderate and longevity is long-lasting.

A transeasonal, feminine-leaning scent, AFH is dryly synthetic throughout, in no small part thanks to the musky ambroxan note that permeates this scent. However, it is still pleasant to my nose, and I unusually dislike such molecules. It is surprisingly coherent and not bad overall - until the drydown. Pity about the ambroxan. 2/5.

Tasherapd

For me this fragrance is very harsh and tangy. The notes makes this sound so wonderful, but all I really get is the lemon & bergamot. Also a very metallic scent, which I assume is an overdose of ambroxan, which I usually like. The perfect word to describe this fragrance is aggressive. I can only tolerate this scent layered with other scents that are more sweet which tones down the harshness of Aventus for her. Also this is masculine leaning and can very well be unisex rather than labeled for her.

Annybear

Smells like success.

I blind purchased it because it was heavily discounted at a warehouse sale. I was hesitant to wear it to the office on my first wear but I smell like an Italian holiday.... Even near the end of the workday, I still get a whiff of happiness when I'm walking about. Colleagues mentioned that two sprays is probably two strong but they really like the fragrance.

This is my new signature scent. Year-round perfection in Australian weather.

Liliana1976

This is my favorite fragrance. I get a lot of compliments wearing it. And it lasts forever

AlexandraRoseD

One of the best fresh parfumes today! Love the green apple note that makes this smell so fresh all the way.

Good longevity of 6-8 h.

Not similar to the male version, actually the for her is much better!

BaristaPlaylist

This was a blind experiment. Smelling a perfume I didn't know the name of or anything else about. On first whiff, after about a minute or so, it reminded me of a passion fruit bubblegum. In this scent, you could smell something like pink pepper and mint, which made the scent very pleasant. After 1 hour, the aromas of wood and flowers slowly appeared, but still gummy, fruity and powerful. Maybe because of the presence of gum and resin. Very bright and sunny, reminiscent of yellow flowers. A perfume for ladies? This is what I doubt. It is more suitable for teenagers or girls. What I can imagine about this perfume is that it is worn by cafe waiters. A pleasant and happy feeling for someone who entertains guests or those who want a clean and fugue fragrance after training or who work with kids.
Huge silage and fantastic performance

santeripe

Every time I come back to this fragrance, I'm surprised by how synthetic and aggressive it is to my nose. I freaking love it. It's addictive like smelling gasoline, glue, or something that you know is toxic but still smells heavenly. No other perfume I've tried out of +300 has this effect! Normally synthetic smells come across cheap and annoying to me. This one is somehow special in that regard.

I also never get headaches from this despite being a migraine sufferer. This is ironically one of the least irritating fragrances I've tried. The upside of having so many strong synthetics is that this retains a citrusy-fresh crisp smell all day without ever going dark or dull. The reviewer who described this as fermented citrus is totally right! There's an a fermented alcohol feel in the beginning, like the fruits are very ripe and at their sweetest.

Lejla Redžepagić

I’m having love-hate relationship with this one. Loved it at the store, hated it when I got home. It’s Aventus Creed for man, but with some powdery notes after few minutes on the skin. It’s too masculine at the beginning, but it dries soooo nice after few minutes! Perfect for the summer and sunny days✨

silbach

It actually came out smelling too masculine to me. I didn't like it at first. But I took a sniff of the bottle some time later and thought it doesn't smell too bad. It actually had some spicy-fresh smell that I liked. Still, I think it isn't too far off from the male version. I'm a bit disappointed. I was hoping it would be a bit more softer smell. It was sharp-smelling enough to clear my sinuses though. It gave me a headache after awhile, after smelling it on me for awhile. And I only sprayed once. I think it would smell better if I smell it on someone else.

eaudemale

Masculine? Y'all are wildly associating the name Aventus as a men's exclusive... Can it be used by a man? Well, I bought a bottle and I can see myself wearing it here and there but I'm more comfortable and identify more with masculine fragrances and this one, ladies, is NOT one!
The opening is a subtle citrus mix plus violets, LILACS (see what I'm doing here?), roses and patchouli, this could easily be a Coco Mademoiselle flanker or a Chanel release because flowers and patchouli=Chanel... and a fruit bowl note: apple? maybe, blackcurrant? maybe and peach.. definitely! How do I explain this all better? imagine the smell of a Bellini and a bouquet of those flowers.
Later on, 4 hours aprox.. there's a little pineapple crippling in, but you really have to imagine it, a little sandalwood, and lots LOTS of musk , very sharp that will hold the lilacs, the roses and the peach note until Aventus for her is gone from your skin.
Again, this is not masculine, I would say 80% feminine but a very classy and statement fragrance. This is what you wanna wear with your Birkin and you Cartier watch. I felt like the community needed some feedback from a guy about this fragrance because Aventus can def be "for her"... haha

cleo_wool

I have the weirdest relationship with this scent. The first time I tried a 2.5ml sample, I immediately thought “tech bro who’s just got out of the shower”. To me, it smelt incredibly masculine and I was rather disappointed.

However, after sampling hundreds of fragrances, I’ve found that this fragrance is one of the few that I keep coming back to. It has the most addictive dry-down, which I can smell on my clothes even days later. Maybe it’s the ambroxan (I don’t know fragrance ingredients well enough to say). At any rate, it’s lovely and I keep wanting to smell it more. It is deep, multi-layered, well-blended and smells natural (as opposed to screechy or synthetic). I’m amazed at how the dry-down still smells ‘wet’, even days later.

Wearing it today on a cold day, I had flashbacks to teenage boy body sprays. Maybe it’s the apple note, which I’m sure I remember being everywhere in the early 00s. However, the dry-down saves it from feeling cheap or cliche.

I’d love to smell this on my husband.

MochiCakes

To me, it comes off as a unisex scent. This on my skin flutuates back and forth between the smell a irish spring and the skin of unripe peach with the hint of a golden apple upon opening. The mid for me, hits with the blend of bergamot, lilac, and pepper. The drydown is a soft aquatic blend of violets and roses. It's a soft modern chypre fragrance imo, more green vs woods, with almost an aquatic, clean musk to it. Let it sit, the strong Irish spring opening smell will go away and becomes more enjoyable.

WoodsyLove

To me it started citrusy - lots of lemon, then transitioned to some flowers, didn't catch the ylang ylang at all rather a mix of rose and lilac and the dry down was exactly the men's version of Aventus. On skin it sat intimate and was fully gone in less than 5 hrs. On clothes it lingered on the next day. I like men's Aventus way more (and wear it from time to time) but I think both scents are at best ok especially for that price tag.

WhiteFlowerPrincess

This fragrance is truly an enigma for me! It starts off as quite masculine to my nose, with the opening smelling most of the bergamot, pink pepper (which made me sneeze when I first smelt this perfume for the first 15 minutes) and patchouli. I can then smell the green, but none of the violet or lemon.

In the heart notes this perfume switches to something fairly feminine, a slightly musky rose scent wafting into my nostrils. I don't smell any of the other heart notes during this stage, but rather smell the blackcurrant, peach and a hint of the lilac in that descending order of prominence.

Towards the end, I can smell the amber and sandalwood prominently, with a hint of banana and spice in the drydown. Here it goes back to smelling somewhat masculine again. It's the strangest thing ever and this fragrance does not know how to make its mind up about what it wants to be! This is why I'd call this fragrance unisex and not feminine.

I can see some similarities to the original Aventus by Creed cologne, but Aventus for her is a lot fruitier and less woody, hints of floral notes here and there. It's certainly not as well done or as well blended as the Original Aventus Creed fragrance and I wouldn't reccomend this perfume to anyone. It's quite mature smelling too. I really have not smelt a women's Creed perfume that I have liked yet.

Both sillage and longevity were average on my skin, with this perfume lasting about 4 ½ hours on my skin.

I'll give this perfume 4/10 in total, meaning a mild dislike from me. Creed really need to lower the price for this one. $469 AUD for this is insane and it should really be sold for more around $320 AUD.

A fresh peach and green apple burst at first. I pick up lemon and musk as it sits on the skin. This leaves a noticeable trail for hours afterward. Overall I enjoy the predominantly citrus quality with my body chem, but it performs better when applied to clothing to capture the more complex woody, spicy notes.

jessica_chinos

I like this scent when I'm in the mood. Generally, I find it masculine leaning and reminds me too much of my dad's scent who uses Aventus. I just don't like it on me even if it's a fresh, nice enough scent. If my dad didn't use Aventus maybe I would use it more often, but I really don't know what to do with my tester, perhaps I'll give it away... Not worth the price tag AT ALL. Aventus is better for men in my opinion.

elizabethausten1970

Just received and its soooooo masculine - i do not like it - i want to give it to my hub. he will not take it specifcally bc it says femme. this lists lots of fruit in its profile and its not there for me. i am sorry i wont be wearing. so disappointing and its been on my wish list. i am not sure how to find perfumes that do not smell masculine. i try to specifically stick to womens and not unisex but many times i find they will smell towards masculine. i would love to know what to avoid from a profile stand point. thank you

LizMango

This is so masculine. Crisp champagne and Christmas trees.

daisybrown

easter sunday, prickly pear, ducks in pond, light refractions, baked cookies on crystal china

MatchaCat

Not sure why so many people hate this. I'm loving it. This is a very pretty perfume that has many complex notes that are airy and don't lean in any particular direction. The opening has subtle pineapple, there are beautiful florals in there, there's freshness and a hint of soap and woods. Crisp, clean, lightweight, inoffensive and easy to wear. The only thing I don't like is the price tag. I feel the parfum concentration should be much higher considering the price. Smelled this at Bloomingdales.

Smell: 10 out of 10
Longevity: 7 out of 10
Leans more feminine

For reference, I'm female.

MissAnnette

Very sharp and syrupy sweet at the same time. a bit plastic smelling. You can buy something similar for so much less. So far this is my least favourite from the House of Creed.

KerriZ

This is a beautiful bridge of citrus and amber. I did not imagine that this combination could come together in such a unique, refreshing and captivating union.

vanilka133

ThornyComplexRose

Wow this smells like fermented citrus fruit. The dry down smells the same as the 1st initial spray except not as strong but still extremely apparent. This is very sharp and piercing to the nose. I have seen several YouTubers rave about this fragrance....unless I got a bad sample I am def not getting the hype. Some of the reviews talk about it drying down to a sweet smell, but for as strong and prominent as the fermented citrus scent is, that sweetness that is there is very minute. Def glad I got this as a sample...to me, not a safe blind buy at all. If you are into this make sure after you spray you air yourself out because the opening is really strong and sour.

I would say this would lean into a day spring/summer scent...where you're outside.

Yalamddd

All I get is strong citrus. Similar to lemon cleaning solution. Not for me but if the other notes pulled harder I'd love it

YourFragranceFriend

Aventus for Her opens with something that smelled like sharp pineapple and florals. There's no pineapple, so it must be the combination of the tart green apple and citrus. I also get a note that's almost licorice which I often get from a certain type of patchouli in the opening. Even without the Creed name, this fragrance smells expensive to me. After the opening, I get something balsamic and musky. Overall, it's a very light scent. It stays close to the skin once the opening wears off more and more to fresh petals and green stems. The type of flower smells very nondescript. Like sniffing a bouquet of chilled, mixed flowers. Even later, it finally settles to a musky/mossy scent that I can barely smell when bringing my nose to my skin. This scent seems very safe for any environment like the office, doctor's appointments, etc. Its longevity is only maybe 4 hours which is a shame.

hsiangchi.huang

SHARP citrus with floral nuances and patchouli undertone. The citrus here reminds me of a men's cologne, and floral/patchouli reminds me of Kayali deja vu. It's the type of fragrance that hits the back of your nose and gives you a headache.

Not a fan of it, and definitely would not break my bank for it.

CaliBlonde

Opens with a blast of green apple & dries down to a sweet musky scent.

I’m undecided on this. Smells great but also ends up reminding me of cereal milk… like sugary sweet milk left after eating a bowl of Apple Jacks. 🥣

Phyreece

It's pleasant enough but upon spraying it reminds me of beauty counter in department stores. After it settles, still smelling like beauty counter but a hint of sweetness begins to come through. It's powdery, musky, rosy, and NOT unique/memorable. After a while it's musky, musky, mysky. It reminds me of White Musk from The Body Shop.

Compared to Herbae by l'Occitane, Aventus for Her is more powdery and floral in the beginning and more musky in the end. Herbae is brighter, sharper, fruitier in the beginning and greener in the end. Herbae is a spring/summer scent, while Aventus for Her is less seasonal.

Kizzyb93

This one when I first ever tried this I found it a little boring
Now I have grown to appreciate the masterpiece that this actually is, it’s beautifully sweet, not too sweet, light . Bright fruity, little bit spicy, but very clean! Super classy
I am a lover of the original Aventus creed for men, but this really does speak to me NOW
(I’m not gonna lie, I actually really hate the bottle) but despite this, I feel this is a very easy wearable scent due to it, not being too obnoxious

iszzieanna

Triple checked my nose after smelling this. I can’t stop smelling Hacivat or Aventus. Fitting because this is Aventus just the marketed female version. On paper, Aventus is more smokey, this is more fruity.

Mcrus001

The opening is light citrus and a bit creamy but then the dry down remind me of light blue by dolce and gabbana. It’s sharp and clean. And leans sort of masculine. It’s a no for me. Thank God I got a sample before making the purchase.

Sophia97

I LOVE this fragrance. Can’t stop spraying it. Sweet without vanilla. There’s something in the bottom that’s so crisp it’s cold (addictive). Fresh, light, femme.

Nocciola23

I wasn't sure what to expect from the notes, but I love the OG Aventus on my husband so I thought I'd give this a try.
It's gorgeous, citrusy but slightly sweet and unusual. Love love love.

nicholette

Please by all means message me if you'd like this full sample. It has everything I despise about perfume all wrapped up in a little bottle with a bow. (Knocked over the head with bergamot, pepper, patchouli and woods, yay).

UPDATE: It's been spoken for. Thanks!

clarag123

I have been searching for MY perfume for a couple of years now and I have found it. Sits beautifully on my skin. Not too overpowering but has a wonderful trail and longevity. It has so many layers to it and smells expensive. Good job really as it is! I love the middle notes of musk, sandalwood.

Titiana

This one has one of the best trails ever.
Please, don’t smell it off skin, allow at least 10 to 15 sm to try it out. The musk here is a beast. BUT! On a windy day, outside that is gorgeous. It’s the god of wind “Aventus”, it’s Artemis hunting a deer. Do not stick in the neck of such a powerhouse, it will bite you, just like an arrow of that moon Deity.
Projection is amazing, great for picnics and even weddings, if you are not getting married.
For those Ice Queens who want to stun everybody with their unavailability. For lady bosses. Beware of oversprays, especially for inside use.
If you are going to the office, 2 sprays is enough, it endures a ton of confidence

banjerine

Clean, watery apple, a weirdly chaste patchouli, and sour underripe berries that fade without fanfare to an almost masculine-leaning green musk. Sharp, thin, and powdery, aromatic and aloof, this is a scent that would suit some ambitious and cold-hearted heiress in tailored herringbone and stolen diamonds.

rooa

A rich perfume for a woman who's classy and confident.
I love the way ingredients blend, making it smell unforgettable, as if yin from this perfume is blending with the yang of your skin. A huge compliment getter too.

Maleficent's cotton candy

I’m not saying this is a bad fragrance. However, I get absolutely no hint of fruit or floral anything. This smells like fresh men’s cologne sprayed on a piece of new scotch tape. The sticky side of it.

ikensmelll

One of my favorite fragrance YouTuber’s has been recommending this so I finally bought a sample from Lucky Scent. Umm… at first it was a no for me. I’ve been looking for the perfect word to describe this and I agree with the review that says “ambroxan bomb”. Very musky, ambery, almost animalic - which I’m generally not a fan of. And on me, I get a bit of that green apple note similar to that of D&G Light Blue Intense… so with that combined. It was a pass… OR SO I THOUGHT.
I just bought a bottle. Because this layered with BBW Dahlia was beautiful! Like it gives Dahlia an “umph”… And the dry down when wearing it alone smells really lovely!

World

We are in a time where as a “fragrance enthusiast” it’s trendy to hate on Creed, Wow you hate Creed, so cool, you’re so in the know, so edgy and knowledgeable!! Hahahaha. Blimey it’s shockingly sad and obvious.

Anyway, this is a beautiful scent, extremely long lasting and definitely one to be had for any collection.

astralmonad870

This scent is far too masculine for me. Although the initial whiff is pleasant with prominent base note of peach, the drydown turns into a male cologne with styrax and patchouli. I bought this for myself but gave it to my husband.

celestial_scents

Creed Aventus for her smells powdery fresh with some green/floral notes on my skin in the first couple of minutes. Yes, it does lean masculine which I don't mind. However, I'm not sure how I feel about this perfume. I want to like it because it's Creed, but if the luxury name wasn't attached, I'm not sure if it would be worth the price tag scent-wise. It's a nice scent I'm just not overly impressed. I would wear it to work, brunch on a Sunday and church. I would like to test this some more to come to a conclusion. This is not a safe blind buy. Try before you buy. Creed Aventus for him though? LOVE.

jaybrown241

VERY Poor quality since 2020 when Creed was sold to the Black Rock hedge fund who has no clue about fragrances, BUT does know how to dilute and cheapen formulas to INCREASE profits!

Black Rock is also scamming people to invest in ESG (environmental Social Governance!)

So many other fragrances to buy that leaves Creed in a vapor of dust!

nicholette

As a woman, I have Z.E.R.O. desire to smell like a dude. zero. And I'd love to finally once and for all see a knife drawn through the scent of bergamont forever, because I have zero desire to smell like a granny's closet. This smells like you opened a cedar chest and took out grandma's musky powdery rose scented worn chanel jacket. lolllzzz But that's the french for you, what can I say?

Air of Grace

I’m on the fence with this one .
Not a fan of Creed perfumes as I find them too sheer - water downed and generic .
However , Aventus for Her is a bit unique .
I’m a white floral lover so a chypre , fruity scent is not my cup of tea but it’s not anything I have yet smelt.
With the citrus and woody notes , I agree with a lot of reviewers , this is slightly masculine in scent and I also get a mossy undertones .
Just too citrusy for my tastes but very well could be loved by others

Adjames

I don't understand what the mainstream reviews on this are saying. I am on the team that says, 'yes' to this! This is so lovely. Effervescent, fresh, fruity, soft spicy, green and slightly woody. Lasts for hours, and to my nose is absolutely feminine. Smells delicious on me. In my top 10 for life. The key is to not over spray. Classy and interesting.

scentient

I tested a sample and am enjoying the bright citrus opening followed by a woody/musky dry down. I see some of the previous comments/reviews about this being a bit masculine. I like the smell of the woods so this appeals to me. The smoky woody dry down gives me a little Replica "By the Fireplace", but more spicy and musky. It's an interesting fragrance I will return to.

Bettybotox

I'm also on 'team doesn't' as coffeefifofum says. Not great performance for the price. Beautiful bottle design though. I'll stick with Love in Black which performs better on me.

ryoshiho97

I impulse bought this one because the opening notes were sweet and floral. I figured what could possibly go wrong. I know… rookie mistake. As soon as it got to the middle notes and base notes, smoky notes started to emanate from my skin. It was unpleasant but good thing it didn’t trigger my allergies. I do smell a hint of guaiac wood notes and a whole lotta cigarette pack set on fire. The projection was strong but this was the wrong perfume for this much projection. I returned this to the store on the same day. It could be the humidity or my skin chemistry, but on me this smells terrible. One of the worst perfumes I smelled in my life.

karenlynam

I have a sample. I wore it to an event and loved it. Today I sprayed it on and I get....who said skanky? Is that the Patchouli? I get wood and leaves and I am not loving it.

So strange

coffeefifofum

An ambroxan bomb. Either that works for you or it doesn't. I'm team doesn't.

pearl421

It's pleasant but it doesn't pop. I was hoping it would last a LOT longer (I also sampled Spring Flower and wow that lasted for almost a full day and just evolved so beautifully) - on me, I don't know if the decant is bad or something, it opened strong and clean but completely disappeared in an hour.

Sniffathon

The opening notes are a heavenly burst of happiness. The fresh apple, the citrus, the depth from the pepper and patchouli - absolute love. The middle notes then really do make a statement, this is wood and musk through and through, with the slightest hint of fruit and floral which doesn’t distinguish itself as rose.

I really wish the top notes lasted longer. I’m not the hugest fan of musk, but blended with the fruit/floral I can see the appeal. I do find the dry down a little skanky and animalic with the musk. But I know I’m the minority here! Not worth a purchase for myself.

BougieGirlShops

I am reviewing this with the caveat that pink pepper and I do not mix. I realized this after having tried this fragrance out and the same problems I had with this I experience with Lancome Santal Kardamom and Love by Killian. Same with Olympea even though pink pepper is not listed, I suspect it's one of the notes. There's a very screechy alcoholic scent that overtakes the scent and does not go away after dry down, that almost stings my eyes.

It's unfortunate because underneath the pepper, I can pick up the juiciness of the base note fruits, musk, patchouli and rose.

Vicschmidtscents

Average smell for a big price tag. Opening is fresh, powdery, and fruity, but it quickly dries down to a floral and kind of sour smell. Similar to dried pour pourrais. Leans mature.

Fragaddict4u

The top is very fruity with strong apple undertones. I also get an effervescent sweet champagne/ moscato vibe & balsamic/ pine notes that remind me of Christmas or a pine forest. It’s as if you’re strolling thru a pine forest carrying a basket of green apples all whilst sipping the finest sparkling moscato. In the mid the fruitiness lessens while the champagne pine note remains. This may be the patchouli creating this accord. It also sweetens up a bit & I sense a slight watery rose. In the drydown I sense ambroxan with that sweet effervescent champagne smell. It’s very pleasing & does last a long time; 10-12 hrs on me, projection & sillage aren’t beast mode but I continue to get subtle wafts of fragrance throughout the day as I move around. Lovely.

sergioalcantar

Call me crazy but Creed aventus for woman it is very similar to Paco Rabanne Black XS for men.

santeripe

This fragrance is a total oddball and I'm appreciating that more and more over time. Out of the +300 fragrances I've tried, this is the only men's cologne that's been attempted to be made into a women's perfume without huge changes. Feminine versions of popular colognes are usually total re-interpretations. This is because the rules for what makes a "perfume" and what makes a "cologne" are fundamentally different. You can't turn one into the other by only changing the details. This one tried to do just that, with unique results.

Because fragrances differ a little on everyone's skin, on mine this doesn't even resemble a feminine perfume. The scent is very pretty in the opening yes, but it still undoubtably smells like a cologne. A fresh and pretty cologne. The dry-down is like a musky, less smoky men's Aventus, with hints of Dior Sauvage. Getting wafts of Sauvage really surprised me from a feminine-branded fragrance. On my sister this smells more like a typical fruity-feminine perfume. I think this comes across more masculine on some people than others. I used to doubt skin chemistry making a difference, but try it out yourself!

I get headache irritation from half of all fragrances. Original Aventus is one of my worst triggers. This version is totally safe, to a suprising level. I can even enjoy wearing this WHILE having a headache. 95% of fragrances are more migraine-inducing than this one. I find the scent particularly balanced and skillfully made. After 12 hours on skin, it still keeps its bright fresh character and never falls apart into "perfume-y" noise like many designer fragrances. There are few ingredients in perfumery that last this long. Making something balanced, fresh, complex and good-smelling from these loud and aggressive molecules is very hard. So technically this fragrance is a brilliant accomplishment. The scent even evolves from top to base, which is rare for these mega-beastmode fragrances. Alberto Morillas spent a lot of time getting this formula right down to 0,001%.

If you like fruity fragrances and aren't looking for something super girly, I think this is a must-sample. But absolutely not blind-buy worthy. You may dislike many things in this fragrance no matter who you are. Those mega-longlasting molecules I mentioned as a plus may be a huge negative for you. Some people find them scratchy at any amount, resembling rubbing alcohol or burning electronics. I personally enjoy them when they're blended together well. Find out by trying this and seeing if you like it!

correspondencepersonal

This resonates with movie scenes like the opening scenes from "Sound of Music" where Julie Andrews is singing and dancing on the mountain top. This also smells like what I would imagine Heidi in the alps would wear.

There is a gorgeous natural outdoorsy pine, cedar, birch forest type smell that has almost staccato notes that pique out where you can discern the notes of the fragrance above just the regular fragrance chord. This is done well - it is one of the most beautiful perfumes that I have EVER Smelled... it was a love at first spray for me. This is an OUTSTANDING Perfume!

Yes, it is expensive -- but if you truly LOVE perfumes - and you will actually WEAR THIS, it is totally worth it.

The price is a little bit out of my reach now, I admire it -- and it is one that I have on my list to purchase when I have reached some milestones in my career. I put this in a similar category with Delina De Marly. I love BOTH of these perfumes, but I'm on a budget now... this two perfumes are definitely ON MY LIST to purchase in the future, as I reach important milestones in my career goals.

In the meantime, I am trying some of ALT Fragrances perfumes - to see how I actually like wearing a perfume in this fragrance profile.
I will let you know how I like their version of Aventus for Women.

----------------

This is a more natural perfume, the genre is new to me, it is something that I would have liked in junior high, high school -- but like everyone, I was carried away in the 80's when perfumes took on their own zip code. This is similar to Scandanavian type design styles, kind of the "less is more" type theory...a little more "minimalist" -- but the general essence of this is a TRUE LOVE!

I have just discovered Calvin Klein's Beauty and I probably would not have liked Aventus for Her as much BEFORE finding that I really like the more natural perfumes like Beauty by CK. Aventus for Her seems to be a higher end version of Calvin Klein's Beauty... they have different dry downs, but all in all - the perfume profile seems to be in the fresh, clean, modern type perfume category. Trying them both side by side, Calvin Klein's Beauty actually has a much better dry down with my chemistry than Aventus. I love the way that Aventus starts, Calvin Klein's Beauty has a fabulous dry down.

Kind_Spirit

When I was a teenager, I used to buy this cheap fragrance that was amazing called Rue Pergolèse. I used to love having it in my school bag so I could put on once it wears off. When I first smelled Aventus for Her it immediately reminded me of Rue Pergolèse. I loved it from the first sniff, but I could not get myself to pay that much money on it. It is quite a Hefty price tag. So I walked away from the store after spraying it on my wrist. during the rest of the day, I kept smelling it, it had made a huge aura around me that kept getting stronger and more interesting. It was getting a bit more unisex (which I love even more by the way) nd it started reminding me of Aventus for Him a bit. I have always loved Aventus for Him, but could never wear it because it smelled extremely masculine for me. This one is definitely more feminine without being too feminine. It also goes on a direction of its own though. I love how unisex that is, and how rich and enveloping, while still being a freshie it is. I kept smelling it on my wrist for close to 10 hours, even though I had washed my hands twice. and on the side of my shirt, it has lingered even longer. With this much strength and sillage, I could not keep myself from buying it. Although I still think it is a ridiculous price tag. WHY CREED WHY???!!!!

Edit: I love this fragrance too much, I think it's one of my favourite scents so far. It gives me such great vibes. So shining and uplifting. Honestly I don't regret the price tag. It lasts almost 10 hours on my skin, and for days on clothes. I must have a really good batch. I would totally buy it again.

Lunaria820

I must be a fragrance muggle because I have no freaking clue what this smells like. I cant pick out any particular notes, but to me it smells very masculine, which I am not a fan of. After testing on my wrist and being baffled, I came on here to look at notes and reviews and someone said it smells like cigarette smoke on the dry down, to which I kind of agree. I am so glad I only purchased a sample vial because this is a hard pass for me.

silthrill

The opening of this reminds me of Versace Bright Crystal - very fruity fresh. Drydown turns much more masculine as the patchouli and pink pepper come out. This is so unfortunate for Creed because all they had to do is make this one decent and the sales would have been guaranteed based on the cult following that Aventus has..... shame

huckleberrylady

This smells very masculine and so strong. I had to put my shirt through the wash three times to get it all off. It smells like cigarettes through and through. Very gross.

perfumelovere

I agree with others regarding the cigarette odor. As an ex smoker I found this perfume smells too similar to the scent of a cigarette when you put your nose up to the paper before actually lighting. Some of the notes clash and it's such a mash up of too many scent families. I also find that certain notes are a hard no for me e.g. sandalwood and cedar. If you like Delina though you'll probably like this one. It's fruity, spicy, musky, woody and floral all in one.

yungmich

Very strong and masculine.

Shan1229

Love it!! One of my top 5 for sure!

steph.cunliffe

This has got to be the WORST perfume I’ve ever ever put on. To add insult to injury I’ve washed my wrists countless times and can still slightly smell it. The scent runs very masculine in my opinion and is overall a headache inducing mess. Wouldn’t even like it in my husband. Can’t believe the price point for such a bad smelling perfume.

Lili1105

I'm trying, I really am. I'm trying, but I can't. I try Aventus several days in a row and still the same result. On the one hand, it is not exceptional at all, I have felt something similar more than once. Another thing is that while it's not unisex, it's pretty far from feminine, and the third most important thing is that it develops into something unpleasantly musty on me. You know it when you don't dry your umbrella properly and you put it away and after half a year you take it out of the closet and it smells musty. Unfortunately, this is how Aventus develops on me. And it's a real slap in the face.. An incredible disappointment for me. So much clamor for nothing... I don't know what other scents are like, but Aventus is certainly not nice or pleasant for me personally, which would be worth the money..

LadyIva

Uhhhh! Sorry to fans of Aventus for Her, but I don't like this fragrance at all. Disclaimer: generally speaking, I'm not a fan of fruity-musky scents, because they smell very artificial and sometimes even gag-inducing to me. Aventus for Her is extremely unpleasant: the combination of sour apple and heavy musk with some sandalwood and other notes makes it smell sweaty and skanky, and gives me an instant headache. Perhaps it's due to my skin chemistry; however, warning to all: do not blind buy this scent!

Oli G

I think this is really, really good. I'm a male fragrance collector and 98% of my collection is marketed towards men. The few female fragrances I like are generally less floral, less sweet and more unisex leaning. Aventus for Her is a good example of a female-marketed fragrance which I like, and would wear myself as a male. For me you can see how the perfumer was briefed to make the female equivalent of the Aventus for Him DNA, and in my opinion they've captured it and created something really excellent. It's fresh, slightly fruity/ floral, musky, slightly peppery- and also I get some of the slight damp leathery smell that also exists in Aventus for Him, which almost comes across as a sweat-like smell, but in a good way.

On women, I'm not a fan of the super cliche women's fragrance DNA which generally could be characterized as being floral and sweet. If I were to smell Aventus for Her on a lady it would be a very sexy and attractive. I recommend women out there (if they enjoy the scent of course) to experiment feeling comfortable wearing unisex/ even male-marketed scents on themselves, because I genuinely believe some are very attractive on women.

Shaina87

I tested this from a decant that my friend sent me. It smells more unisex than feminine to my nose. It's fresh, fruity and musky on me. I didn't care for it. Just not my jam.

duaa abed

tested both aventus for him/her
i don't think any of them worth my money
smeell basic every day office perfumes

LoveBitch246

Smells pleasant and the dry down is similar to men’s Aventus. It is super unisex, leaning more masculine, so it wasn’t for me. I gave it to my husband and I enjoy smelling it on him.

leosun

The fruity, fresh, and sweet opening was so alluring and intoxicating. Love at first sight. Only for this fragrance to die down into something regretful. I agree with other commenters that this fragrance has a more masculine, 90s, cigarette scent. I imagine this is what a gentleman’s club would smell like in the early morning. Lingering smoke mixed with the sharpness of fresh morning air, stale musky cologne on lushed up men, and a short lived whiff of a dancer’s floral perfume as she passes by. This is one of those fragrances that smells better on the blotter than on my skin, as there are more floral notes present and more of a balanced unisex scent when blotted.

Salmaan

Purchased recently in May as I felt it was unisex rather than ‘for her’ it’s a nice smell but after using it’s not for me and won’t get usage from me. Sprayed four times & purchased for £260 in May 2022. Happy to sell to someone who will actually use. Write me back!

Sk8lin

I enjoy how unisex this fragrance is. It’s certainly a woody fresh citrus-type fragrance. The opening is pretty sharp. On my skin, I find the dry down to be similar to that of Mancera’s Instant Crush.

khatsar

This smells like a woman from the late 80's/early 90's who is wearing one perfume on her skin and another on her polyester blouse, both of which are competing with the scent of her extra hold hairspray, Herbal Essences shampoo, and hand cream. It actually opens like an aftershave, very harsh and astringent. The fruit notes come through later on for me, but never quite make sense as a composition. Nothing about the fruit in this smells fresh or juicy to me, unfortunately. More like stale hard candy. Yet strangely, I can't say I dislike this! The cacophony of notes is nostalgic somehow, like shoulder pads or frosted purple lipstick.

baby_lotus

(Oakcha Akimbo dupe, extrait de parfum)
Cannot speak to the comparison yet,
But my husband and I love this scent. It is unisex, and wonderful.

A citrusy green apple bergamot but with green notes, and nicely spicy.

This fragrance shows up more green on him, spicier on me.
We love it.

basgam

I'm so so glad that I purchased a little sample of that fragrance first and didn't splurge for a full bottle.. I'm reading the reviews here and listening to YouTubers highly complementing this scent, wondering if my nose is broken, or perhaps people have gone mad. No offence, but how can anyone like such sickly sweet, scratching-throat anti-bacterial-like perfume with a cigarette-sick vibe to it. I had to use peeling to remove that scent from my wrist. My partner described it as a harsh, off-putting smell. Well. Definitely not a smell of luxury.

Elysiom

What happens when you take a fairly mainstream men's cologne and add a lot of fruit to it? This perfume. I mean- it's not bad necessarily- I just don't know or understand the niche it's trying to fit. It is definitely what it claims to be- a feminine form of a men's cologne... but it didn't quite take the leap. It still reads 'masculine' to me- it still has that spicy ozonic.... something, that just says 'cologne' to my nose.

Very strong, very spicy- but sort of reminds me of the sweeter men's fragrances from the 90's like Drakkar. I think they missed the mark here- it's just a sweeter version of Aventus, but still reads strongly as a men's cologne to me.

venusingemini

The first time i sprayed this in my skin, i went swimming, i showered, shaved and scrubbed with scented soaps and i could STILL smell this when i got out. On me, the sillage and longevity is amazing. Especially considering i live in south texas where summers get over 100 degrees and humid. It’s hard for me to find fragrances that can last AND not become cloying in the heat. This one is perfect. It is crisp, juicy, and refreshing. I get the crips green apple, and juicy citrus notes in the opening. There is definitely a floral element but it doesn’t stand out much against the fruity citrus notes. The dry down is fruity and musky, i get occasional wiffs if what smells like an iced peach tea. This in a way reminds me of chanel mademoiselle. They don’t really smell alike but give off a similar vibe. Cheerful, bright, but exuding confidence. This would be perfect for the office or for any outdoor situation especially in spring and summer. This almost leans a little masculine despite being “for her” however this doesn’t bother me much. I think it all depends how you wear it and how confidently you wear it. Lastly, you can expect to get TONS and tons of compliments. Everyone is going to ask what you’re wearing and people of all ages and genders. It’s just a pleasant smell, and a little unique on a woman. I was surprised by how much i enjoy this as i am not the biggest fan of creed.

this morning I smelled my wrist and it was then, that I smelled a soft, ambery scent.... from distant meadows. but otherwise I have to finetune my first review. it appears the revieweuses before me were right. there gradually builds a wall of indistinct sharp fruItiness. a hesperidic hell. yet it is an enigma, this perfume. it keeps up appearances. if you make the misstake to keep smelling closeby you get the astringent, acidic, acridic monolithic wall of the apple and citruses. I am waiting for FLOWERS. rarely intermittedly some hushes of flowers appear: roses, a violet, and yet further away the ylang and lilac. these aren't demure flowers to begin with. but here they are totally subordinated to the harsh, 'blending', of the fruits and patchouli. but even the patchouli isn't discernable. and then it dawned upon me. Miss Aventus stands in the shadow of President Aventus. if you google 'Creed' you have to work through a junglist density of Aventus ads, images, reviews, contests etc. THEY HAVE TRIED, perhaps unwittingly, TO MASCULINIZE MISS AVENTUS or better: AVENTUS FOR HER. and perhaps then refeminize it again. now I am a homosexual man who never wears gents scents (samples of which I give to my heterosexual twinbrother). I am used to ULTRASTRONG PERFUMES, for instance Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle, Dominique Ropions 'al Waad', 'Promise'. they call it the rose from hell. cypriol keeps forcing itself forward for 8 hours, yet roses peer easily through cypriol, through oud, with a little help from civet or beaverisms. what it is here that is building such masculin wall, perhaps the combination of the green apple-black currant-patchouli. Creed is perfectly capable to make heavenly feminine perfumes. I bought Windflowers, very very sophisticated and flowery. the former Fleur de Bulgarie, Irisia, Tubereuse Indiana, Vanisia, Jasmin Impératrice Eugénie, all legendary feminine scents. yet I am stubborn and I smell in Aventus for her what Creed takes as a fresh, English, Ultracologne, feminine perfume. and I WILL WORK THIS.

madonnatella

the unbelievable force of the zesty opening makes me think about two unlikely "similar powerful' perfumes: the Giorgio Beverly Hills, and Versace's Eros pour Femme. there it is lemonblossom which, ininterruptedly, sings her sour and flowery song, a kind of neroli to the tenth might; Giorgio is even more powerful but has a sweetness, powderiness right from the start to the finish. here we find a mighty fruity trinity: apple, bergamot and lemon. I almost have the feeling they used the patchouli and pink pepper to TONE DOWN this hesperidic start. while I am no fan of too fruity, I like it here. the perfume has a strong and sophisticated signature from the first sniff. I am a flowerman, have to search for the rose, violet, ylang and lilac. sandelwood, styrax, peach and amber must function to amber down that unbelievable nostrilclearing ouverture. now I am used to much of the rose-oud Montales. and I love perfumes with a strong identity. the perfume lends the austerity from Knowing, Eau du Soir, Soir de Lune and Chanel No.19 and Cristalle. I love the perfume, it is a little out of my comfort zone (am used to STILL heavier perfumes). but with Windflowers Aventus for Her is a great perfume for superposh ladies.

Mistress Eva

A friend kindly gave me a large decant of this fragrance. I love niche houses, but I haven't found anything from Creed that has wowed me yet. I really hoped to like this one and to give it a fair shot.

My husband really enjoys it-- he thinks it is refined and elegant if not mindblowing (he gave it a 7.5/10). I suspect many people will like it. While I am underwhelmed, I cast no shade whatsoever to those who like it; we all have different tastes.

To me, it seems to be good quality but the composition is surprisingly basic and geared for mass appeal. The middle notes and base notes seem like they need to switch places with one another (I see another reviewer noticed that, too!) The green apple is very forward in the blend and not unpleasant. To my particular nose, two or three of the notes are interacting with the apple in a way I find obnoxious. It's like when you find a nice scent, but its ruined by a sickly tea note or a sour musk or something like that. Whatever chemical blend I'm picking up may just be my individual nose, but it is grating.

With a diverse collection of 170+ fragrances, I can say with certainty that much more interesting, memorable, unique, and gorgeous fragrances are available for far less. I suspect Creed counts on the high price tag signaling their value/quality more than the juice does.

Tanguera

I bought a bottle of this after I couldn’t get the smell from the spray card out of my head. Big mistake. I do think this is a unique scent -it’s not bad- but there’s a sharpness to it that almost burns my nostrils when I have to smell it for a long period of time. I couldn’t stand wearing three sprays on myself. The staying power is ETERNAL… even after showering, I could smell it a day later, which was impressive. I love many of the notes in this scent, but I feel like Creed threw everything but the kitchen sink into this fragrance (on my skin, I smelled lemon, pink pepper and patchouli more than anything else). This is definitely a unisex scent, and you get your money’s worth when it comes to performance, but I could not wait to scrub it off.

fformoso88

This is a beautiful fragrance and I didn’t think I was going to like it as much as I did. I just got this fragrance yesterday and I sprayed it on today and it’s such a classy, elegant fragrance! The initial spray is fruity and fresh but the dry down was musky, powdery and sandalwood on my skin. It was absolutely gorgeous and I felt like such a boss bitch wearing this today! This is a fragrance you wear when you want to show power, dominance and strength. The woman who wears this shows no fear and gives no mercy. Definitely appropriate for work or going to an elegant event as well. Simply beautiful and extremely well blended.

ScentFan2021

Maybe my sample (directly from a reputable website) is off, but it is AWFUL. Harsh and burning.

Second review for my favorite fragrance of all time, out of +200 I've tried. I never seem to get tired of this, and with every wearing I still get tingles catching whiffs of myself. Probably the single most pleasing scent I've ever had my nose on.

I've never smelled a combination of masculine and feminine elements quite like this one. This is basically a masculine cologne base turned unisex with soft feminine aspects like rose and musk. The metallic smokiness of the original, which gives me a migraine, has been completely taken out. Only the "spark" that makes me love the original is preserved and remixed. There's airy lift from bucketloads of hedione, creaminess from sandalwood, crispiness from apple, balanced with the softness of fruity musk.

Many say that this is nothing special and you can get the same for much cheaper. So I've specifically tried many other feminine perfumes with a similar musky-fresh note structure. None of them seem to have any sort of masculine undercurrent. What makes this so controversial is why I love it! And despite the strength and complexity this fragrance has, it manages to smell perfectly harmonious and non-migraine inducing. I've never tried a designer fragrance or clone with this level of polish.

Another point of controversy is strength. This fragrance is LOADED with ambroxan, Iso-E Super, various musks, and naturals like rose and sandalwood. It can be an intense wearing experience for sensitive noses. In the air this is much more crowd-pleasing. My sister actually disliked this on skin, but complimented me wearing it, because it was so different in sillage. The musky ambroxan overdose dissipates and others mostly smell the light transparent parts. I easily get overnight longevity if I spray in the evening. You can tell performance was a top priority, even at the cost of adding so much ambroxan that it makes this unwearable for some.

The real perfumer behind this is Alberto Morillas. He also famously made CK One, which is in similar style to this, and which I love for similar reasons. This one just lasts WAY longer with smoother blending and different notes. Like a more opulent, romantic and ambroxan-heavy CK One. You can sense Alberto's tart-green-fresh signature in both. It's a shame that this is so explicitly female-marketed. I'm sure many guys who love the original would also enjoy this as a softer non-smoky option. But I'm not complaining, since the bad marketing means pretty much nobody wears this, making the scent unique!

Edit: Got a full bottle directly from Creed, and I think my suspiciously weak decant was diluted... This is just as potent and piercing as my first sample. It's a 2020 batch with super yellow juice. Interesting that they're selling two year old bottles, not much demand apparently! At least it's had plenty of time to sit and get stronger. The sprayer is great but crazy powerful, sprays like a fire hose. One press is clearly one dose.

Elle's Bells

I've had my bottle since 2016 and I hardly touched it. The musk note in Aventus for Her was so overwhelming on me to the point where I just didn't enjoy wearing it.......UNTIL, I began to to layer it with Nishane Ani. Smells exactly like Hacivat and I saved some coins because I don't need to buy Hacivat now ( which I'm quite fond of). There, problem solved!

mlrd217

The first spray it is very strong, fresh, bright, a little bit sharp. But it is good despite the sharpness. I smell the green apple, bergamot and pineapple(??). The dry down is to die for, it is sooo gooooddd...I spray a big one on my arm and dab it on my other arm, the smell spread everywhere on myself, like an aura. The drydown is woody and musky, very complex and smooth. I bought this last summer(90F++) and thought it was too sharp on hot weather, but on spring time around 70-80F, this is absolutely gorgeous. Could be unisex because of the freshness but leans more feminine. Moderate sillage with eternal longevity. It lasts until I take a shower. On fabrics it last forever. I have some other Creed perfumes for women, but this Aventus has the best performance.

Petrichora

I loved the opening. Such a fresh yet sophisticated apple. Not girly, not sweet. Like a business-apple :D

The top notes are so beautifully balanced. I just wished the middle notes and the base notes would be reversed.

the beautiful blend of apple citrus notes, pink pepper and a tiny murmur of violet gives way too fast to sandalwood and musk, I'm losing all the base notes and can't really tell there's rose and styrax. In the end, this reads very masculine on my skin.
What a shame, for a fleeting moment I thought I had found my new signature fragrance.

intothewild

This is a big love for me and also a decision to start writing about my perfumes. It's a recent addition to my collection and it feels like it's growing to become a staple. It's a perfume that can characterize a dynamic woman with intense personality.

The opening is crisp and fruitty but moments later the musk and the sandalwood blend so well with the green apple and the rose. It's warm and sophisticated. At the dry-out I smell the blackcurrant and the amber with smokey hints. I suppose that a man could actually make it his as well. I guess that this is the perfume I would wear when I used to be an executive assistant, mostly because of the energy and the bossy vibes it gives my while still making me feel feminine.

Overall, I love it! Aventus for Her you have my 10/10.

mrsoutlaw

I was so excited for this one. Unfortunately, my chemistry does not love Creed Aventus for Her. I am only two notes. Sandalwood and musk. And they are both very strong and overwhelming to the point that it was headache inducing. Some aspect of it gives me an upset stomach. Some aspect of this fragrance makes me think of a very cheap men's aftershave. Typically, when I am not a fan of a fragrance, I will layer it with another fragrance. But I don't even want to try with Aventus for Her. I just want to get it out of my home. Sorry Creed. I love many of your fragrances. But not this one.

marianna.0205

I have a full bottle of woman in gold by kilian that I would trade for this. Im based in europe. :) text me if you‘re interested

RottigrlNYC

I really wanted to love this one as I love creed Aventus for men and hoped the female version would just be an amped up version with more florals, but it just smells awful, like cheap mens after shave.. Creed as a house is terrible compared to the best perfume houses around. I mean, for the money you can do so much better. Much much better. Imho. Even the original Aventus is garbage now. All the crazy variations with many being just awfully made. I suspect Creed is using many different chemists and that’s why Aventus batches vary so much from other batches. There is no other explanation that makes sense. I find some perfumers dupes of Aventus to be so much better than the original . Well a few are great dupes. Most are just “good try but not even close”…lol I’m not gonna mention any names but a very famous dupe house that has a cult following don’t really make very good dupes, but what can u expect for $60 a bottle . Of course you’re not gonna get the same quality ingredients you’d get in a $400 bottle of Niche perfume. But ppl still delude themselves…lolll
as for me, I’d rather save up and buy the originals. Dupes are just that, a very bad copy made with cheap synthetics. But if that’s your thing, go for it.

brightsun2205

Personally, nice, intriguing, crispy fruits on top, however, I should have sprayed it twice on my skin to detect the middle notes and dry down properly. This will be considered an upgrade to Creed's Aventus For Her and similarities from flankers of Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle, D&G's Light Blue and Chanel's Chance or something like that. This fragrance will definitely suit women who are classy, resilient, intelligent and confident.

santeripe

Rosy musk-ambroxan bomb! Peach and black currant create a "candy" smell by association, because fruity candy mixes usually have the same flavor combination as the notes here. There is an undercurrent of Aventus, but I only get it if I smell really close and think about the comparison. I wouldn't make the connection smelling this blindly. This just takes some of the general ideas that make Aventus tick at its core, and creates something new from it.

Because this isn't built like a typical feminine perfume, this wouldn't smell out of place on a guy at all. Gives the image of someone artistic, chill, friendly and comforting. Performance is amazing thanks to the massive ambroxan-musk overdose. Probably the most musky fragrance I've tried. The fruity muskiness even projects heavily. Very pillowy, smooth, seamless and soft. The scent hits you like the world's softest purple feather pillow. Seams and weird notes never appear, no matter how closely you smell. That's the best indication of quality.

As a cherry on top, this doesn't give me a headache like Aventus and all its clones do! The bit that causes it, probably the smokiness, has been switched out. I still like this as much as original Aventus. Will definitely be wearing through my sample and consider getting a decant. Simply smells REALLY good. This would probably be better appreciated as an unisex release. For guys who feel comfortable wearing fruity rose, and for women who feel comfortable wearing something not super stereotypically feminine.

ellinitta

Nothing fruity about this one. Just musk and sandal wood. Too strong and overwhelming.

Farangismua

Its amazing a bit gourmand like hazelnut or something somewhere in the backround, the beginning is very intoxicating in a good way, so amazing. Power girl gorgeous girl. It was definitely not a love at first sight but when I sprayed again I fell in love

theperfumedon222

When I first moved to LA I worked in a law firm, where one of the young, beautiful attorneys had the most captivating scent. She wore louboutins and jimmy choo heels, and goyard totes which paired perfectly with this fragrance. This was my first introduction to creed fragrances. Went to buy on my lunch break only to find out fragrances could be THAT pricey and didn't purchase at the time. This was the fragrance I vowed to get once I could and became the fragrance that embodied that successful business woman I always envisioned myself becoming.

This gives off rich, well-dressed, motivated female. I wear this when I want to get a lot done and have a productive day. Or give a presentation in a room full of superiors. It commands attention and is not for the shy, or timid but rather someone who doesn't care what others think. It's sexy but still appropriate in an office setting. Personally wouldn't wear on a date unless I planned to try to scare the poor boy as I associate this fragrance with a commanding attitude.

rainme

100% unisex. Imagine the original Creed but with some citrus and green apple thrown in.

correspondencepersonal

This is a beautiful perfume that smells like a rose blend which actually carries more power and authority than the majority of other rose perfumes that I have ever smelled before.

I'm definitely noticing a trend here - there are a number of recent perfumes which all have similar notes, themes, chords - but are slightly different. Almost as if the perfume industry is slightly tweaking commercially successful perfumes - then re-creating them with certain variations which may appeal to a different target audience.

Creed Aventus for Her is like the Mother of Delina De Marly. There are similarities with these two. If you feel that Delina De Marly is too romantic and too "vintage" of a perfume for you... and you view yourself as being more powerful than romantic, I would try Creed Aventus for Her. This is so similar to Delina De Marly - this appears to be a reversal of notes... this is slightly sharper, more "adventurous" which the name "Adventus" reminds me of.

I would definitely try these two and see which of the two you gravitate more towards. If for some reason Delina De Marly is too romantic, soft, etc... (there are a lot of people who like the notes in Delina - but for some reason don't feel that that perfume fits their image), try this.

This is also very similar to Armani's My Way -- try that one too.

I would also compare this one to Valentino in Rome (or whatever the name of that one is... it has ROME in the name).

Newbie22

Not sure why this is marketed “for her.” I would honestly love to smell this on a man, haha. The first 20 minutes were interesting, it opened with a crisp juicy apple, then became softer and sweeter with some musk. I’m now about 2 hours in, and it’s feeling very masculine but in a great way. Solid musky base (but not overpoweringly musky to me as others have said) with a sharp, crisp overtone that still has a bit of that apple thing going on. I get a very subtle reminder of Be Delicious but if you took out most of the sweetness.

It’s comforting in a sense that this is exactly what I want to smell when I cuddle up to some big sexy man on a cozy couch next to a fire. It stays pretty close to the skin on me. I wouldn’t wear it out unless I was trying to project a very masculine aura, but I’m really enjoying it just lounging around the house.

wilson24231

I bought this for my lady and I really enjoy smelling it on her.

Celestya

Apple and musk with a touch of black current and bergamote. Very fresh, the longevity et sillage are very very good. Not sexy, you feel clean & fresh! A little more for spring/summer and for woman but this perfume can be a signature scent. Office compatible.
8/10 (too expensive)

NesreenA

Tried this at Selfridges.
Really enjoyed the opening- I got oriental woody notes and I was seriously contemplating purchasing a bottle. However 15 minutes later all I got was lemony citrusy dry down- similar to D&G light blue. Not a huge fan of fresh scents myself. I think it’s pleasant but I can’t justify spending that much on this, especially since projection and longevity are quite disappointing ( I could smell my hypnotic poison that I sprayed 5 hours earlier but could barely smell creed on my wrist despite spraying multiple times). Might consider if it was heavily discounted, otherwise don’t think so.

DellieDoll

Top notes smell masculine to me but the dry down is quite nice, but not worth the wait. Not full bottle worthy, not even full dupe bottle worthy.

SINJUN

This stuff is way overpriced, smelled like an old lady and stays on forever. Nothing like Creed Aventus for men. I don't smell pineapple at all. It is powdery, musky, sweet and makes me gag. I would rather wear the men's version any day of the week.

quynhnd1

It opens very sweet and delicious, however the base notes is a little polarizing to me. It's just not my taste. This is fairly similar to the men version.

kishka

I had high hopes for this as I love the men’s version, but it’s ambroxan all the way, it opens beautifully with fruity sharp florals but that lasts maybe 30 seconds and then it’s full on ambroxan……so so disappointed! This is cheap and nasty, buy Lady Million instead if that’s what you like……

cluck1000

Not sure what it is but something in here really reminds me of delina exclusif - not that these two perfumes smell the same, but the muskiness of them is a similar vibe. As if they are using a common accord - thinking either the musk and/or pink pepper

JessVanEgg

If you don't like musky scents, then I do not recommend this one at all. To me, the musk is the most overpowering note in this fragrance, and then come the notes of fruits (mostly green apple, blackcurrant, citrus, and a tiny bit of peach). There is also a fairly strong note of roses. But yeah, it's quite musky and slightly powdery.

The performance is pretty decent though. It has a moderate-to-strong sillage, and I could still smell it about 6-8 hours after putting it on. It's unisex but leans a little towards the feminine side. It is, however, an overpriced fragrance, so beware. It's a bit warm so I wouldn't wear it on really hot days.

7.5/10. The scent is nice if you like musky smells, and the performance is good.

a00000k

Pungent. I don't know who would want to smell like this. I wouldn't as a woman, and I wouldn't like a man to smell like this either. Even after scrubbing it off, it's still going strong, so if you do happen to like it for some reason, you'll get your money's worth.
I get an initial burst of pineapple, then strong patchouli, violet and heavy synthetic smelling cedar.

RainbowGirl

I expected to like Aventus for Her, but what I did not expect, was how much it would remind me of Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue.

It is much better. Better projection, and you only need a little. Lasts longer... but almost everything lasts longer than Light Blue.

Apple, lemon, fresh floral... it is beautiful. I love it. ❤

ivanda

Fresh, tasty, musky, crispy and unisex. Love it!

Izzy78

17Sayed below review struck me as most relatable as to what my nose is smelling.
Summer temperature will hold the scent fresh and harsh top notes for ultimate freshness feeling.
In lower temperatures the masculine citruses top notes will hit you for good 15 mins and then the roses, sandalwood and the base notes can be enjoyed. It is a very high end experience, earthy, elegant, calming, clear. I found the secret to getting to enjoy this sublime stage is to dab this scent on pulse points only, not behind my ears as the top notes will overwhelm my nostrils and cover up the subsequent flowery bit musky dry-down which is a perfect blend of patchouli, rose, lilac, which is exquisite. It reminds me of fresh romantic bedsheets of the wealthy or newlyweds on a luxury retreat honeymoon enjoying a sea breeze which brings the aroma of fresh flowers from outside through an open window or when sitting on a terrace.
The scent is along the same journey as Soir De Lune or Romance by Ralph Lauren with pepper being strong and then evolving into own versions of a delicate flowery extravaganza. What gives it its therapeutic quality is the deep cedar planks note which is not listed, but what the scent ultimately comes down to. I love woods and at the last stage it is woods through and through. Wood walk or a cedar outdoor sauna. Beautiful.

Duxx

to me this is very unisex this smells more masculine than instant crush by mancera by a country mile but people call instant crush very unisex so if your a guy reading this and you like aventus but you wouldn't mind some more floral notes in it then absolutely you can wear this it really has all the masculinity of aventus with some extra notes chucked in to make it more wearable for the ladies.

rickyrebarco

Creed Aventus for her is a well done fragrance, nicely blended like all Creed scents. Many will like its fresh, slightly tart fruit notes. I had hoped for the pineapple note from the original Aventus in this one, so I was a bit disappointed that the pineapple note is absent, but Creed Aventus for her is a well done scent for modern women and men.

scnofthcrime

The initial burst reads as pineapple on my skin. I know there isn't a pineapple note listed, but something about the mixture becomes pineapple. And apparently I'm not the only one to smell it since the Creed sales associate says they think it smells like pineapple too. After 15-20 minutes the pineapple is faded and I get a strong astringent wood note that reminds me of cedar. I could swear my husband has beard products that resemble the dry down of this scent. Something in this feels like it coats my sinuses. I thought it was a fluke so I tested again another time and got that same feeling. Overall this is an interesting chameleon and I think you should test before buying a whole bottle. Totally unisex on me.

hola gigi

Pink Pepper + Rose followed by a burst of sandalwood. If you want to smell like a masculine perfumed bar soap, look no further.

Edemay

Disgusting mess, how is this $300
Smells cheap, smells like if you were to mix lady million and creed for men.
Turns sour and spicy, smells like a sleazy club, way too masculine just wrong in every way.

chrysshops

Such a stunning fragrance but I cannot for the life of me understand where the pineapple note is???

gmaster

All of the pleasant things written about the initial notes of this fragrance are relatively true. I don't have anything to add regarding the first hour of wear. Afterwards, however, this fragrance is horrid. The juiciness and the liveliness disappear and we are left with boring base notes: cedarwood, sandalwood, and burnt sugar. I tried to scrape it off in the shower and couldn't. It bothered me all night.

Muzoona

Hold on ! Is it me only smell the pineapple? I go e through the reviews and the notes .. no one referred to pineapple????!!!!!!!

🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🤷♀️
I must see a doc to check my nose.

Germany

I am in love with this perfume. It became my favourite of all times. Although it’s expensive it’s worth it to me and it may mean that my constant perfume searching is coming to a halt !
Aventus for her is a fruity fresh slightly woody perfume. It’s extremely sweet. However it’s a fresh fruity sweet so it is not cloying at all. It’s very very addictive and I get lots of compliments wearing it.
I am hoping to love this as much in the winter as I do right now. This has been my summer go to.
I believe body products are coming out soon.

Controlledbyscent31

I have just tested this out as it came in a sample selection set from creed, my husband wears Aventus and I love it on him when it's dried down past the toilet cleaner opening, it projects very well and lasts all day but I just have this weird feeling to me like I smell like a man and I smell like my husband when wearing this, I am a very girly girl and love white floral and gourmand scents usually so this is really really different for me. It's hour 3 now of wearing this and I can't shake the feeling I smell like a man I think I may have to wash this off soon. Love in white & black is the only creeds for me.

sisina96rv

Ladies, the first spray and sniffing made me laugh 😁 You got smashed with the full bowl of ripe fruits, heavily spiced. A lots of cherry, apple strawberry, melon, kiwi, grapefruit Hubba Bubba bubble gums, mixed with sharp citrusy WC cleaner.
Then after 10-15 min. it changes. But seriously? Spending 4 years of developing this??? I can spare you some money and it will take you 4 seconds to achieve the same effect: spray D&G Light Blue with DKNY Be Delicious, et voilà!
You can thank me later 😉

JennyRDH

Our local Dillard's just added a Creed counter, so I stopped by to try this perfume. The opening was bright, fresh, and beautiful. This was definitely a "love at 1st sniff". I disagree with all of the negative reviews on how this perfume is not worth the hype. To me, it is very pleasant, good projection but not cloying. The freshness of this perfume is very unique and you won't be able to find it anywhere else. My boyfriend has the OG Aventus for men and if we wear this duo together, the scents combined make a lovely dance.

penguinrabbit

Lasts a long time. Initially the scent is green apple but then it turns spicey and blackcurrant. It's... weird. Not disgusting or anything but odd. I'm not a big fan. It wear male and female scents so the fact it isn't uber feminine doesn't bother me but it isn't well formed it doesn't have a clear personality. Not worth the money.

gboy

I love, initially it sharp like a shmpoo and fade very fast; I dont smell it on my arm, but after 5-6hr, my room fill full with amazing sweety rose!!!
Ok, you r superb **sillage scent**
A very few scent can perform like this, just wait for compliment in evening,,,

Menna eldeeb

A very masculine scent , here in EGYPT everyone smells like it and smells cheap
Not feminine at all

Lianabananaboobs

Musk musk muskity musk. Musk Town.

Much like D&G Light Blue Intense, I want to love this but it just instantly devolves straight to musk and nothing but musk on my skin. Dang.

Ella7712

This smells sharp and bitter. Masculine. Luckily I only bought a sample.

Do you look for a fragrance to get compliment from guys? That’s the one! Basically, not my priority when I wanna buy a scent, but I know this is one of the must-buys in special moments.

So, totally I didn’t like Aventus for her, especially its harsh fruity start which is made from Creed’s special signature in feminine fragrances, that is green apple note. But after a while it gets better when the woody, musky and powdery ingredients comes into play.

The most important advantage about her edition of Aventus is its amazing performance. Its wonderful sillage can full your surroundings like a dense cloud.

To me it’s a unisex chypre fruity fragrance for all seasons specially spring and fall for everywhere!

I bought a 5ml decant of this and I'm SO happy I didn't blind buy a whole bottle. I read many reviews and watched YouTube videos on it. I actually despise this scent. It was very overpowering and spicy upon first applying it. I thought I should wait for the dry down and see how it transformed over the next few hours. Well, I ended up scubbing it off myself with dawn dish soap and hot water after about 5 hours because I couldn't take it anymore. I did not smell any floral notes at all-only very strong patchouli (I usually like patchouli) and pepper notes. I do not recommend buying unless you try a sample first.

I absolutely LOVE this fragrance. I have a very strong preference for Creed. Aventus for Her is absolutely beautiful! On skin it is soft and feminine and floral and not too sweet, just a perfect blend of greens, fruit, and floral and spice; it must be a chypre. I'm blown away at how much I like it, when I can afford a full bottle it will become my go to, everyday, signature scent for WORK, where I need to be autonomous, focused, and the warm beating heart of the business.

The personality of this fragrance is not as well formed in my mind, in comparison with the other female Creed fragrances, because it is so confident. Maybe its has more the personality I hope to become, rather than the person I have known myself to be. It just stands so self-assured, complex, fresh, competent, unflappable, and very forthright, and yet in its very much an utterly feminine fragrance. Sadly I have to impatiently save my money to buy a whole bottle, but this is so far, my very, very, very, very favorite Creed fragrance. 10/10 (Decant from Micro Perfumes.)

Well, tbh I don't know why I expected it to smell like the original when most of the reviews said it won't. So my two cents on it- this both smells and doesn't smell like the original Aventus and I hate that because I really like the original smell but this one just makes me want to hate the original somehow. A terrible dupe. This is targeted for women but please stray away from buying this and buy the original because it is way better in terms of the blend and notes. 2/10

Didn’t get the fruity notes, the patchouli on me is so overpowering that it caused me a headache. Had to say its performance is great tho - I rubbed alcohol on my arm TWICE to get rid of the smell but I could still smell the stench of patchouli

I have been using a small decant of creed aventus for her. The main takeaways from this perfume — fresh spicy, citrus, lots of patchouli (not a sharp, headache inducing one though, and I'm prone to headaches!) , has a unisex aftershave vibe. Not a safe blind buy, and you have to like fresh spicy scents. This one gets stuck in your nose/throat which can be a good thing if you enjoy the fragrance. I 100% agree with everyone else. This is far more unisex than feminine. I've been asking other people their thoughts on this fragrance today, and men seem to find it too feminine for themselves to necessarily wear (some said they would wear this though! just not most), and females seem to say its nice, but they wouldn't necessarily like it for them. It certainly takes the right person to wear this one. I personally think it is appropriate for both sexes to wear! For women however, this certainly is not a fragrance you want to wear on a date. The lasting power and sillage is great, and ideal — not obnoxious, but still noticeable, not too close to the skin. Overall 5.5/10. I 100% respect it, but it's not my personality.

This is one you would wear for yourself, to stand out from all of the girly girls wearing la vie est belle, and bright crystal. She's the kind of girl who drinks whiskey neat, but she's by no means a "pick me." She simply marches to the beat of her own drum and doesn't care what others think about her. She has reclaimed what it means to be feminine and reminds you femininity doesn't always have to entail hair, makeup and nails done, with a birken bag on your arm. This one is the girl who wears this is cool, down to earth, and accidentally intimidating.

Cheersdrivel

Don't be afraid of this one guys. The ladies below me aren't wrong to question the femininity of it but that doesn't make it like kouros or anything. It actually kinda reminds me of Royal Mayfair. Get a sample, see what you think.

If stand alone without the Aventus for Her label (and perhaps the price point), this would be a very good unisex fragrance appreciated by many men with a flare and many women who are more assertive and confident. It's not a sensual and lustful scent, but very alluring in a elegant and sophisticated way.

yalo1223

I feel like the name of the fragrance is quite misleading. It should really be called Aventus Unisex. The way I would describe the scent is that at the core of it, you still have that very familiar Aventus DNA, but everything on the surface is feminized. As a man I am personally a big fan of unisex fragrance, so I absolutely love this fragrance. It really is the unisex version of Aventus. While I do think that Aventus smells better, I find myself reaching for Aventus for her more often.

JLorenz

To my nose, this is a unisex scent and I'm not into smelling like a man. I sprayed some on my wrist and after about 15 minutes, I had to go wash this manly stench off me... couldn't stand it!! Some unisex scents are actually nice and I can definitely enjoy smelling them on me, but this one is totally off!

Charlize2014

There is something that bothers me in this perfume, i don’t know what is it, maybe the apple note, which I am not crazy about it, I must say I like only the longevity, but other then this it’s a no, I like when the perfume develops through out the day, this perfume doesn’t.

Phemia

Smells like a men's aftershave. Far too masculine to even consider Aventus for Her a "for her" fragrance. There aren't really any obvious notes in this. Definitely no detectable fruit. Mostly just a spicy peppery rubbing alcohol. It has a very astringent quality to it. As it dries down it's less peppery (but not my much), less stinging astringency, and maybe the fruit comes out a tiny bit. It also goes sour in dry down. Still too masculine hours later. Overwhelmingly strong, it's not a fragrance you get a break from, it suffocates you the entire time. This one is a no for me. You're better off finding a nice men's cologne and wearing that instead.

Smellslikequeenspirit

The patchouli force is strong with this one. Too strong for my tastes. It packs a punch in the opening and continues to hog the limelight long afterwards. For a feminine fragrance, Aventus for Her leans heavily towards the masculine side. I can’t pick out the floral notes or specific fruits either, just the woods and peppery notes. This fragrance is powerfully long-lasting and has atomic projection.

Kyndra09

Received a sample today and Im trying to be fair and give this time to settle but right now It's a BIG NO!! Its obnoxiously strong and masculine and it doesn't list as a note but I smell Oud somewhere in there. I definitely don't see this as a work scent or spring and summer scent. May be tolerable in the colder months, but I cant imagine what the heat would do with this. The dry down is more tolerable, but still VERY masculine and strong.

MrsMRe

Ugh, why? I do NOT get how this is such a popular fragrance, especially at Creed's price point. I LOVE Creed fragrances, but to me, this one smells like walking into a department store's fragrance area at the end of a particularly aggressive day of spraying--no distinctive notes, just headachey strong and underpinned with something sweet and faintly barfy, like getting stuck in an elevator with that guy who just STEEPS himself in the cologne his grandmother gave him for Christmas.

beeanka

I really wanted to like this, but it is definitely too masculine for my taste. I think this would smell quite good on a guy though!

Lolapoop

Not for a fainthearted ladies. I think Amazon sitting on a galloping horse while shoting from the bow tells it all.
Strong pepper and rose and a lot of musk . Later scent turns into only little bit more delicate and useable with hint of apple, but still not for Lancome ,or Armani fans. Leather isn't mentioned ,but it gives the overall impression of a "leathery " fragrance. I like it very much ,but it's not crowd pleaser .
