I really like it, reminds me a lot of Angel by Mugler but not headache inducing.

Ooh, no. This is SO BAD! At first spray it's just awful, but I figured hey, sometimes you need to give things a chance! Well, I tried three times and HELLS NO!!! DO NOT BLIND BUY THIS!!!
This smells like if a 135 year old woman had a bad visit to the doctor's office and they spilled literally every sort of sanitizing product on her and then, she went to Home Depot. For bug control, and poured a few different jugs on herself before she left the store. But not before rubbing her entire body on ALL of the lumber. And then, smearing a couple of rose petals on herself from the garden section for fun.
I know that sounds weird, but that is LITERALLY what this perfume smells like! I blind bought this cos I typically love most of the Kayali scents, but with this one- man, I messed up! Luckily, it's just a small size. This is just bloody awful :-(

This is a very rose heavy middle eastern type fragrance. I get the rose, patchouli, pink pepper and saffron straight away. It's very warm and creamy. The opening is a little sharp because of the patchouli and saffron. But, there is a sweetness to it that refines it and takes the edge off of those notes. Once it dries down it's quite nice. But getting there may be problematic for people who don't
care for patchouli or saffron, because they slap you in the face in the first 10 to 15 minutes. For that reason this isn't a safe blind buy.

It’s mixed well. Sweet to the point of gourmand and then boom spicy. The rose, saffron and the pink pepper all contrast beautifully and seem to dance around each other the air. Almost smells like a fresh fried donut or hot candy floss and then it vanishes to an almost savoury spicy smell and then quickly flips back to sweet constantly. You never get to focus on one scent for any amount of time and it makes it fizzy and magic.
aroma.veiled
Envision a Middle Eastern princess amidst the vast expanse of the desert, wrapped in the celestial embrace of stars and the serene hush of the dunes, her beloved by her side. Together, they partake in a ritual as ancient as time itself—a shared cup of coffee, its aroma weaving a spell of intoxicating allure.
In this moment, the night air becomes an ethereal symphony, carrying the exquisite blend of bitter coffee, opulent saffron, and whimsical rose, evoking an essence of unparalleled harmony, sensuality, and ethereality. Amidst the backdrop of a dry arranged marriage, steeped in honour, tradition, and, perhaps, convenience, their union becomes a testament to the unexpected paths love can take. The mise-en-scène is an ode to loving one another so you may believe in heaven.
Safe Blind Buy: No.

Smells like Loulou.

Not my kind of scent but I hate patchouli with every cell in my body. Got a sample to test, though. Very sweet but I can smell something burnt in it and it looks like Im not the only one. Like burnt sugar. Patchouli makes is so sickening to me, unfortunately... I had to wash it off after 10min. Only left a spritz on my wrist to test the longevity. Well, it's been 3h and I can still smell it if I place my nose close to my wrist so it's a green light for me:)

I tried 4 samples today: Vanilla 28, Vanilla Coco Utopia, Pistachio Yum Gelato, and Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper. This wins instantly. I mean, it's giving the female version to Spicebomb Extreme; I just wish it had a tiny bit more depth to it. I must say, it got better as time passed and now I loove. It's sexy. I prefer stronger and darker scents but as a woman, I wanted something a bit sweet yet spicy and this is it! I think the price is relatively pushing it, as its male counterpart, Spicebomb Extreme, is slightly better quality and I can get the 100ml cheaper than the 50ml lol. Great scent, nonetheless.

This is my go-to date night fragrance! My husband always compliments me when I wear it, and it makes me feel confident. I love rose and pink pepper, so the notes are right up my alley.
Caprisumn
I don’t hate it, but it smells like sweet gasoline to me.
addangel
for some reason I only smell booze and spice with this one, with maybe a hint of rose underneath. there’s definitely a prominent note that bothers me, I just can’t pinpoint it. maybe the saffron?
judearose123
I looove this one. If you love creamy florals but you don’t want to smell like basic, I highly recommend this fragrance. The saffron and pink pepper are beautifully blended with the vanilla and the patchouli, I can’t really pinpoint each note. This is what I imagine an exotic princess to smell like, elegant and luxurious. It’s on the mature side so I can’t see anyone under the age of 23 pulling this off. The dry down on my skin is straight up rose and thick vanilla, all of the other notes are in the background. As for performance, this one is a beast after you let it macerate for a few weeks. I threw on 3 sprays before work and I caught whiffs of the dry down all day. I can’t wait to pick up a bigger bottle. 10/10.

I want to love this, but unfortunately there's something missing. The opening is a stunning spicy but soft floral dream! However, the pink pepper and saffron fade after a while and I'm left with a rose scent that feels a bit boring and soapy. If the spicy notes just lasted longer and if the perfume had bit more depth to it, I would abolutely love it. Don't get me wrong, I like this perfume but not enough to buy a full size bottle. What I like about this one is that imo it's a wearable scent year around, both day and night, though I would save it for night time in summer. Pretty good performance, moderate to strong projection at first and I get 6-8 hours of wear, but after the first couple of hours it's pretty intimate.
Edit. The more I use it the more I like it. When I spray on more the spicy notes last longer, also they last longer on warmer weather. I think the small sample is not enough to tell if it's worth buying a full size bottle. I'll probably get a 10 ml bottle.

Smells just like Angel by Mugler to me
Gemsense
Pure amber and pink pepper— it reminds me of a deeper darker version of red door shimmer. Very similar but I prefer red door shimmer cuz it’s sweeter more juicy this is very dark amber but may sweeten up a little in different temps. It’s like 52 degrees F today- it might favor winter temps like rd shimmer does too. Rd shimmer can also smell deep amber like in warmer weather. This is nice but I’ll save it for January. This is a new years deep in winter scent.

Sweet Diamond is the most underrated fragrance from Kayali, and one of my favorites! The opening is not the best part since I'm not a big fan of lily, but the top notes goes away pretty quickly on my skin. I absolutely LOVE the drydown on this! It's a spicy, sweet floral with a strong holiday vibe to it. It makes me think of Christmas. December is my favorite month to wear it. This is quite unique to me, I've never smelled anything like it. Like I said, it's a spicy and sweet floral, which might sound generic, but it's not. I can't compare it to anything else. It's hard to describe what I'm smelling since it's so well blended, I just know that I absolutely adore the drydown on this. The longevity is 12+ hours and it projects really well. Kayali fragrances are very hit or miss for me, I either love or hate them, and this is definitely a love. Mona does a great job (with some help of course) creating fragrances for different taste, genders and ages. 9/10.

This fragrance smells like a dream. So first my friend wore this to my house. I instantly thought she was wearing my all time favorite Si by Giorgio Armani. And so I kept smelling her. To my surprise she said actually she thought I would like it and wanted to see if I would notice it. I did and she said she brought it so I can have as a gift!
It smells so similar to Si, however here are the differences, definitely more smokey, the patchouli and saffron stand out to me. It leans a little more masculine to me than Si. I have never smelled Saffron so I'm assuming the unfamiliar top note that I'm smelling must be Saffron.
I also have my all-time favorite Angel. And sometimes I smell something that reminds me of Angel. I believe it's the Patchouli and maybe the rose. This also reminds me of Lush Rose Jam but that is because Si also reminds me of that.
Overall I love it. The projection is great. I think it lasts a good 7 hours as my friend wore it all day and it smelled almost too strong at the 8 hour mark. I'll have to ask how many sprays she did. She said she didn't think it went well with her body chemistry.

I love this fragrance. Every time I wear it I’m surprised and enticed by how good it smells. Rose, pink pepper, saffron dominate. I definitely will need a full bottle someday
Urth2Leesha72
It's the pink pepper for me. This is a spicy, saffrony, rosey, vanilla. It is so well -blended. I sprayed it in Sephora back in November and fell in love at first sniff. It is lovely. I would wear it year round, but nighttime in hot months.

can't even type a review for this. best kayali ? why is nobody talking ab this one?!!!! its sooo delicious. speechless. spicy, warm, sweet, vintage rose, addictive. incense vibes. i need

I sprayed my sample of this for the first time and this instantly skyrocketed to 1st place out of all my Kayali's. I have been searching and searching for a rose perfume that smells similar to the Rose Salve you can get at Sephora, and have had no luck until now. Everything just smelled a little too...perfumey? To encompass the mellow, sweet rose scent of the salve. But this is perfect. Rose tends to smell a bit mature to my nose, but this manages to smell sweet, rosy, and sophisticated without smelling too young, too mature, or too sweet.
This I think would work well for any season, though in the summer I'd reserve it for nighttime. This has pretty insane lasting power. on me. A couple sprays lasts all day, though it's quite soft after hour 4.
fedexbaby
smells exactly like the lush rose jam shower gel and body spray. i haven't tried the actual rose jam perfume however, so don't know how it compares to that. just a super sweet rose. unfortunately for me i overused those 2 products a few years ago and now the smell makes me completely nauseous. if you're a fan of rose jam you'll love this! not for me.
Femkedevos
it opens with something spicy and a little acidic.. but definately rose.. after ten minutes the spice/ acidity subside and the rose stays . but in my opinion it is not a very sweet rose.. I like my perfumes pretty sweet so some other people might disagree and find this sweet.. but i mainly get a woody rose with a dash of patchouli.. im not in a rose mood so its ok but not like or love
twinmalaysia
This smells exactly like Elain Archeron would. I think that's all I have to say...
KimberMoon
This is a beautiful scent. Like, honestly - omg. Amazing. Strangely enough, and I know this is probably just me, I get Yum Pistachio vibes so strongly from this that I don't even feel like I need both. I have a travel of this and a full size of Yum. I do prefer Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper. But I don't feel like I'm missing out because I have the other.
00hanmasri
This is the best Kayali yet (second only the the Rose Oudgasm)!!
It's very sweet and beautifully balanced with vanilla and rose. Not sickly like the Eden Juicy Apple which I also love. It's pink pepper is very prominent in the opening and it dries down to a gorgeous sweet floral rose, it's slightly woody for depth as well to balance the sweetness, works nice with the spice. The vanilla is present throughout too and it's just beautiful. It literally still smelled like the spicy vanilla on my skin the next day after sleeping.
I tried this with the sample layering set and I'm going to get a full size bottle because I need this in my life regularly.
Oud14
This fragrance by Kayali is imo the best in her whole collection. It's sweet because of the rose and there is a freshness (probably from the bergamot,) in the scent that is so lovely. It's a deep rose, spicy vanilla and amber, which is stunning. I always find myself spraying it because there is something so addictive in this perfume. I find most of Kayali's fragrances a bit too youthful because of her fruity notes and I associate it with Victoria Secret or BBW, but this one is her most sophisticated, feminine and more mature fragrance from her entire line. This has gotten me so many compliments and I am halfway through my second bottle. I advise maybe smelling it in store and trying it on your skin first, do not blind buy it because it may not be for everyone.
A little update, if you let this sit for a bit, it becomes more richer and more vanillic and sweet. My goodness it smells even better when macerated. I am now on my third bottle, as I have a little bit left from my second, and it is stunning. The rose has matured more into this stunning spicy concoction. I will always repurchase this fragrance!! For the price it is at, this is a feminine beastmode fragrance, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

I would've never thought that I'd enjoy this as much as I do! I received a sample a little over a week ago, and it's almost gone. The rose is very noticeable but even for someone like me (who finds rose a bit difficult), this is delicious! I feel sexy when wearing this 🔥
I haven't tried MFK's OSM but I can say that for me, this isn't similar to Delina or Exclusif at all. And I much prefer Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper ♥
Kjkoni
As an admitted rose note “hater” I must admit that I actually like this one! It is such a lovely blend that feels younger and hipper than rose typically stands out to my nose. I find it light, airy and feminine in the very best way. I think that the pepper is exactly what my skin and nose needs to bring balance to the sweetness of rose. I would not want to wear this everyday, but I could see myself reaching for it when I feel particularly girly and flirty. Thank you Kayali, I quite enjoy this 💕
I see comparisons being made to MFK Oud Satin Mood and that blows my mind, the MFK is as mature, heavy and powdery as rose could ever be - to my nose anyway… while the Kayali is so light, airy and youthful feeling… just my 2 cents
mea194
Let me start by saying, I wanted to try this out of curiosity because I am not a pepper lover, but I heard so many rave reviews about this scent that I really wanted to see if this changed my mind! At first spray it does have a clear pepper note but also a soft rose that accompanies it. As it dries down the rose smells more creamy mixes with other florals and vanilla. The pepper note is still there but it really is not sharp at least to me. It adds to a slight edge when mixed with the soft florals this scent has. I am very impressed with this and it may have changed my mind about pink pepper notes. It is sophisticated and elegant smelling while having a bit of a bite. Very nice!

I don't have the best track record with Kayali - most of their scents are misses for me, but this one really stands out as something I'd love to have as part of my collection. Before I was introduced to this fragrance, I didn't think I was a fan of strong rose notes in perfume. The pink pepper and bergamot in the opening notes are perfect and once it's settled into the skin a bit, the rose, amber and musk really come to the forefront of this perfect olfactory experience. The sandalwood gives it an earthy dry-down and leaves you wanting more (in a really good way). I wasn't super sold on this fragrance when I spritzed it on a blotter initially, but the scent changes beautifully on skin. I think this could truly become a staple for me, and I encourage people to give it a try if it sounds like something you might like! I know it's not the most popular of Kayali fragrances, I never heard about it before I bought their discovery set, but it's definitely a stand-out scent for me! I can't wait to wear this during colder autumn nights, rugged up and leaving my scarf smelling like Sweet Diamond when I lend it to my loved ones.
pua2sassy
When i first sprayed this, my initial thought was that this is a less intense MFK OSM. As i continued to use this, I began to fall in love. I love the resinous, spicy rose it has. Although i'd say it has similar aspects to MFK OSM, i find this more sweet and palatable for daily wear. This really shines in cold weather and recieved so many compliments when i wore this. My sister sprayed it on her and for some reason it smelled more sweet and like a muscat grape, so maybe it will be a little different on everyone. I would definitely give it a try. Not a safe blind buy.
Blossomlove
This was a blind buy for me and a blind buy WIN! All the notes are some of my favorites so I knew it was going to be good and it is. It's lovely-a very feminine and modern take on a rose based perfume. I get the beautiful rose bouquet and the pink pepper and saffron for sure all tied together beautifully with the base of amber, sandalwood, and patchouli. It's a jammy and spicy rose but it still feels youthful and modern while being a classically feminine floral fragrance. The longevity of this one is really good. I sprayed my arm with other scents on top and while those died and went away, Sweet Diamond survived and was still going strong hours later. On clothes this one lasts probably 10 hours. It's just enough notes to have complexity and originality without being a muddled mess. The individual notes shine while also creating harmony with one another to create a bold scent with a clear perspective. I've layered it with Oud Rose to give it a more middle eastern feel and the two pair perfectly together, but this one has plenty of character to stand on it's own as a fabulous scent. Probably my favorite Kayali to date since my other favorite Silk Santal doesn't have near the longevity of this one. If you don't like rose fragrances don't waste your time on this because it is a ROSE dominant fragrance. To me, the roses don't feel matronly since they're using Rose de mai and bulgarian roses. To me, an old fashioned rose would be a Crabtree & Evelyn Rosewater or Yardley's Rose scent and this rose scent is completely different than those roses. But I love all rose scents, except Grandma's cheap rose bathroom soaps.

I don’t even know what I’m smelling, but it’s just so pretty. It’s spicy, it’s rosy, it’s warm. I love it and I just bought a mini bottle 💗
linne_i
This is my fave among Kayali line. This is the one that matches my body chem and my personality most of the time!
SELFCARE_INTROVERT
I’ve had this perfume for awhile; I sprayed it a few times and my mind instantly went “OH NO WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THIS SALT N PEPA!” A few nights ago I decided to use it and honestly don’t know why I haven’t. But IDK who needs to hear this “This smells AMAZING!” “This smells HEAVENLY!” “This smells SEXY!” “This smells so GOOD!” It’s smells like a sexy peppery rose. It’s very Sexy to Me. I get the Saffron; Rose; Pepper and Patchouli. I’m not sure how to describe it but it smells really good.
Story I’d use to describe this scent: I’m going on a Date Night with my person to our favorite restaurant that’ll be considered a NO GO by most women today. Like an Olive Garden; Applebees; Chili’s a local Seafood spot. Wearing your favorite outfit; sharing your favorite appetizer; having drinks; amazing conversation and then adult time at Home. You can also wear it to a black tie event if you’re to bougie for any of those restaurants!
Serendipity4gotten
The opening is very peppery a bit screechy then once it dried down the smell becomes similar to Vanilla 28, their base notes are similar. I can tell the heavy middle eastern influence in this perfume.
BekkyWithTheGoodScents
Its funny the more you smell the perfume you can actually identify all the notes in it. Unfortunately not my fave. Very powdery rose scented and didnt last as long as the other Kayali scents.
MelKatz
I was excited about this one because I love peppery notes, but this smells like an old lady. Rose is all I get!
itsheragain
Ohh how I love this scent and how I will treasure it forever. I really can’t describe it for anyone but myself, it’s really one of those scents which make you feel like a million dollars. I feel like a rich Emirati woman who loves to shop and wear blinged abayas.
This is the perfect blend of sweet, spicy and oud. Intoxicating. loud. It’s bold so wear this only if you want to make a statement and be the center of attention.
Most importantly, I’ve experienced this with most Kayali fragrances - trust me, the projection and longevity get better over time and you can note this too when the liquid seems darker (I got a 10 mL clear bottle and could clearly see it go dark). Over time, the notes smell more blended, sweeter and stronger. So definitely let this sit for a bit after 1 or 2 sprays.
crissy25
This Kayali surprised me. I purchased the 10ml simply bc I collect Kayali fragrances. I didn't expect to really enjoy it. I wore it once then didn't pick it up again until months later. When I wore again, it turned into a love from an okay. It's a wonderfully rich, dense rose. I'm not a huge rose fan but here it's addictive. The pink pepper doesn't last past the opening for me. I don't agree with the 'reminds me of' section. This scent is very different from those listed apart from the shared notes of dense roses. This perfume is perfect for cold weather. It's decadent and addictive. The performance is shockingly good. Idk if it's due to the cold weather but this last at least 12 hours on my skin. I finally understand the appeal of rose notes outside of oud combos. I'll be purchasing the full bottle eventually.

The opening is atrocious, it smells strongly of alcohol and pepper. After 5 minutes it settles down to a smoky rose that smells like every other rose perfume.
ALOVE
I'm so glad I purchased the Kayali sampler set rather than a quick spritz at the store. Most of these scents are way too synthetic for my tastes and this one in particular I would not recommend as a blind buy. At dry down all I could detect was patchouli which is not a note I would ever choose it does not mix with my chemistry. I will say the longevity is quite good as I still smell after washing off with soap!
Flexwithviv
You know what…. It’s okay, but I cannot see myself getting a full sized bottle, if anything a travel size will suffice for a long time. I previously had the rose jam from lush and sold that about a year ago, and this reminds me of that, but a toned down version in terms of its sweetness. I think I don’t do well with synthetic rose scents, I prefer a natural rose if at all. It’s alright, it’s just not me, for a Kayali fragrance it seems to have good longevity which is a surprise.
grudgiee
I love this one! I got that chocolatey smell, slightly, probably from the patchouli.
This is an intense fragrance to someone who like lighter scent, so this is not a blind buy.

Whenever I wear this, my senses are under its spell...
Till I tried Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper, Déjà Vu White Flower 57 was the only fragrance I loved from Kayali. I have fallen head over heels for this – and it took me by surprise. This is not an everyday fragrance, and the projection is insane. The more I wear this, the more my love grows. The first time I sprayed on the back of my neck – I sneezed – It is peppery. My initial reaction to this was "...maybe this one's not for me". Some two or three hours later, the impression was flipped.
This is a rose powerhouse, smoky, spicy and comforting. This gets better with time – in the bottle and upon spraying. Although this has a screeching sharpness to it, that almost all Middle Eastern fragrances have, rose overpowers. The dry down is complex spicy, sweet rose wrapped in oud. For me, this is a mysterious and s**y fragrance.
This is out of my comfort zone, and how I love it!
Sweetboy05
@camomilla12345 In that case, you'll love Eden juicy apple, or sparkling lychee if you haven't tried those already. :)
camomilla12345
A bit mature for my taste, I’m more of a sweet and fruity kind of gal, but it definitely isn’t unpleasant! Spicy, warm and well blended. Reminds me of a very spicy tea and brown sugar.
Snicole82
I was not expecting to like this like I do! This smells so good and reminds of MFK Oud Satin Mood. I am not a fan of roses, but these are yummy candied roses. A tad of pepper. Sweet and feminine. Lovely.
Edit: This is very much giving me Al Rehab Golden Sand vibes.

Nice feminine smell but I only sprayed it once on my wrist and it gave me a headache. Great projection and longevity though.

I'm very surprised that I enjoyed Sweet Diamond. I didn't think I would love a pepper scent, let alone one with patchouli since I'm a bit sensitive to the latter. This is super feminine and is one of those pretty, clean girl scents because of the beautiful rose. I think the
bergamot helps balance out the heaviness of the florals, and the sweetness of this perfume is just perfect. Spicy scents tend to lean more mature, but I think Sweet Diamond has a fresh, youthful element albeit still sophisticated. This is a safe spice and light enough that nothing about it is overwhelming. Out of the Kayali discovery set, I think this is my favorite!
Emerald615
Got it as a tester from the Kayali discovery set. Really did not enjoy the opening of this; boozy in a not good way and nauseating and the scent projects into the room immediately. However, after 2-3 hours dries down into a lovely amber-ey smokey scent which took me by surprise and I actually quite enjoyed briefly. However, that’s nowhere near enough to justify the first 2 hours. If I wanted amber I’d go with Kayali’s Invite Only which imo is much nicer.
ayshee_x
Spicy rose scent. It’s a very familiar scent that you’ll know all too well if you’re South Asian or Middle Eastern. It’s strong and even one spray can give you a bit of a headache. There are so many fragrances similar to this one.
Vespien
There is a very overpowering and plasticky, doll's head-like note in this that unfortunately does not go away for me. I think it might be due to the way the sandalwood, saffron, patchouli and rose mix together that is creating it. There is a very nice vanilla rose in the background, but it's just overpowered by this doll's head note on my skin. It starts to settle a little in the dry down, but not enough to enjoy the fragrance.
CosyCattleya
I bought a discovery set from Kayali. Omg, I'm pleasantly surprised. I supposed to strongly dislike this fragrance on paper since I don't like most of the notes. If pink were a smell it'd smell like this. It's sweet and beautiful.
I dislike sweet gourmand, but floral and fruity sweet is fine by me. So I really really love this.
Mae10
vibrant and spicy with beautiful rose and vanilla. its a confident perfume, u don't want to spray too much with this one.

I don't like floral or spicy scents, much less pepper and rose... which is why I'm so shocked at how much I like this. It reminds me of those Barbie makeup scents from the early 2000s, they spelled so nice and rosey. This scent is so feminine and sexy in a very sophisticated way. I usually go for sexy feminine perfumes but in a very ultra sweet, young way so this is very different from what I usually like. I tried this because I bought the Kayali sample kit from Sephora. Out of all of them, my boyfriend liked this one and Yum Pistachio Gelato the most.
This is an it girl scent. This is the fragrance that I imagine Cristal Connors from Showgirls would wear. (I've commented on how Cheirosa 40 is a Nomi Malone type of scent hehe) As I typed that.. I've really convinced myself that I really need Sweet Diamond now.. she needs to be right next to my Cheirosa 40.

Blind bought a travel spray only bc Huda Beauty had them on sale for like 12 bucks (I also got a full sized Vanilla 20 for 35 bucks, score!). Such a quintessential addictive middle eastern rose scent!! It has powdery spicy notes and rose. I have Oud Satin Mood too and I do see some similarities but the rose in OSM is way more powdery. It smells exotic, mysterious and pretty!

I'm really starting to love all the Kay Ali scents created by Gabriela Chelariu. So many of them -- like this one -- are boozy. This one has an apple juice scent to it. I normally hate rose, but Chelariu does florals beautifully so that they mix in rather than stand out. I only smell the rose scent when I put my nose to my wrist. But I don't notice it when I'm just admiring the scent aura it has created around me. The magnolia scent is definitely there against my skin, too, but blending in to create more of a patchouli effect with the rose. I will say that this is a sweet scent. It borders on being too sweet, so I'll need to be in the right mood to wear this. It smells sophisticated, and I wasn't sure it was a good fit for me at first with the rose notes, but it's just beautiful.

I really like this!
A beautiful, sexy and sophisticated well blended fragrance despite the child-like name and bottle colour!
This is roses vanille and Shagaf ouds baby. The scent evolves- dry down is lovely.
Juicy lemon, alcoholic syrupy tonka/vanilla, hint of oud and rose.
Very well done!

So pink pepper is not my favorite note, but this is pretty good. Rose is very predominant. Quite a regular fragrance, but so as the whole Kayali line. I think it is safe to buy this brand fragrance if you’re into mixing. But on its own, none of their perfumes are worth the price.
lala213
The opening and first few hours are seriously gorgeous. It has so many of my most favorite notes (pink pepper, saffron, musk, patchouli) and I love a good rose perfume. On me this is an ambery rose with a beautiful incensey quality that reminds me of being in the Gulf. But the drydown is so nauseatingly sweet and powerful and one-dimensional that I had to change my sweater. It’s a real shame because otherwise I loved this one. I think if the sweetness was dialed down a little it would be a favorite for me.
Delideliciouss
Sweet and addictive
Love at first sniff
Allybabaa
I like to layer this with the Utopia scent and it smells amazing in the high heat/summertime! Get tons of compliments
ahmosenefertari
It is not blind buy safe. The rose and pepper are the most obvious notes, and even though I like pacthouli and sandalwood, here, it reminds me of Delina...which I'm not fan of. If you like Delina, go for it. Otherwise, test it first.
kategold16
Everyone said - 'Don't blind buy this!' and I thought, I'll be fine, I love the sound of it, I love an amber, musk, sandalwood base and patchouili is my joy in life. I LOVE Kayali fragrances (not all, but very nearly all) Sure, I don't really like any florals but I do like rose. Wow, I'm going to love this. OK, I need to tell you all something. DON'T BLIND BUY THIS FRAGRANCE. I don't hate it, but I feel like it's a problem I need to fix. I keep adding different Kayalis to this (with varying degrees of success, when I spritzed Invite Only (Amber) on top of this it was so horrible it made me want to cry. Musk on top, tolerable. Vanilla Royale on top- good) The opening is like some AI version of what a robot thinks a rose is, plus some white pepper from the corner shop and some random chemicals. It's kinda weird and a bit 'floral air freshener'. Later it gets more mellow (still with a sharp note I don't like, the saffron?) and after a while it feels like it's gone. And then I somehow sorta kinda miss it and spray more. I've worn it every day since I bought it, five days ago. I'm wearing it now. I want to love it. Diamond Pink Pepper is the awful, charismatic friend who may not be good for you but could be a great friend for somebody else. Don't blind buy it. Look what it's done to me, I'm so confused. I am waiting to smell the patchouli, I think if I got that I'd be satisfied.

I misunderstood this scent the first time I tried it. I think its very important, to try multiple scent profiles and understand them before making a judgement. Initially i could not pick up on the sweetness at all. Slowly as this gorgeous scent unfolded I realised its a gem. An absolute treasure. I love how luxurious this smells. Its a date night scent. Very sweet and delicious.
corvid.joys
Maybe I just don’t like super floral like smells but I’m experiencing a slight headache with it but I love the sweet dry down and once it mellows it, it’s actually quite nice. I might have to layer this with something else to help ground it more, or just wear it for more special occasions. I bought it because I love pink peppercorn in fragrances.
fairycoffins
When I bought the Kayali sampler pack, I was really excited to try this one based off the name alone. When I looked up the notes, my excitement kind of dissipated, feeling overwhelmed by the amount of floral notes in it. It actually isn’t terrible though, I smell the sweet creamy orchid more than anything and it’s quite nice, but it’s not spicy like I was expecting. Not really picking up any pink pepper or patchouli, which is disappointing, as it’s mostly floral to my nose and that’s really not my thing. The saffron is ever so slightly present. This scent is pretty linear on me, and not exciting enough to justify the price, but I do find it to be pleasant. Will definitely use up my sample but I’ll never splurge on a bottle.
ArtOfScent
This doesn’t remind anyone of PDM Delina OG? Just me? Okay
This is lovely, the Bulgarian rose cuts through the pink pepper and shines beautifully.
Aquapinkmoon
Sweet diamond in my opinion is the ultimate “hot girl” perfume. This has been a staple in my purse since I purchased the 50 ml spray bottle and just about every time I have sprayed this perfume on a night out, someone has complimented how amazing I smell, asked to use some or asked the details so that they could buy it themselves. The last time I wore this fragrance two girls went and purchased it the next day! looking at the pros and cons list, it’s so weird to me that majority voted this as ‘not a crowd pleaser’ as this is definitely one of, or the most, complimented perfumes i have ever worn. I wouldn’t consider this blind buy friendly as it is super strong, peppery and sweet and although you could assume this perfume is a light floral based on its notes it most certainly not. It’s definitely giving “hot pink” and I absolutely adore this fragrance🩷
Mamatutuboys
I loved this at first sniff. I've never tried a Kayali fragrance before and I'm impressed. This falls somewhere between Oud Satin Mood Extrait and Fenty for me...lots of similarities. Warm oud-y, musky rose with a dry saffron and pepper kick. Lovely powerhouse.
Lykopa
A sweet and spicy ripe pink rose. Dark and oudy base that balances the gorgeous florals. This reminds me of an MFK or Arab freagrance. Wonderfully strong. Perfect if you want to make a statement.
Craytrans
Sweet powdery spicy warm middle eastern scent to me , its ok i like it, but i noticed kayali has a dna and this Definitely has that vanilla kayali DNA
smoochyscoop
Based on the notes, I should have liked this fragrance. I do not like this fragrance. Another reviewer said the pepper note is “abusive,” and I agree. I like pink pepper, but when it slaps you into the stratosphere, it is not fun times.
Zizuuu
Very rarely do I spray this on and find it pretty and sophisticated. Usually this is very bothersome for my nose and is actually quite childish to me. I really like rose in perfume but this is not it. The pink pepper isn't subtly spicy, it's abusive.
poodleParty
This is a STATEMENT perfume...This is something you'd want to smell like at the funeral of your enemy.
I like it enough to keep it, but it's definitely not something I'd wear daily.
Do NOT blind buy, no matter how much you love roses. It's very incense-like, smoky, and spicy on my skin (after the initial sweet/jammy rose fades)...it's got that church/temple type of smell. It opens with the sweet rose note, but that disappears after a while.
QueOndaGuera
Ended up giving this tester to a coworker. I wanted to like it but it just didn’t work for me, maybe too much of the peppery/smoky floral mixture that it just ended up smelling artificial and weird. My coworker really liked it, however
Erincess
Not that good first impression with pink pepper weirdly mixed with saffron plus incense kinda feel.
Luckily its getting better while the scents are getting deeper by time. But still cant find any rose in it. Overall less than what i expected and im glad i didnt blind buy this.
Disturbedalchemy26
I’m in love with this intoxicating perfume. It was love at first sniff for me along with Vanilla 28 and Vanilla Royale sugared patchouli 64. It’s spicy, sexy, floral and deep. Not a kiddie perfume at all. I feel very badass whenever I wear this. Such a confidence booster! But, try and buy!
josephineds
The opening is very sour, slightly spicy, I don't really like it.
I bought the kayali discovery set and though I like vanilla, musk, cherry, apple, I don't like this one, it smells to sour and floral for me.
After a bit, it does become a bit sweeter but in general I find kayali fragrances to close to the skin, so I wouldn't buy any of them in full.
I just prefer gourmands as flower fragrances remind me too much of body wash/ shower gel/ chemical nature
The13thHour
This is my favorite perfume from Kayali thus this far. It's a unique spicy rose fragrance and it gives off girls night out vibes.
viktorijavla
Incredible perfume! The best from Kayali <3 I love it so much.
This is a highly complex, spicy, Middle Eastern, deep and woody rose fragrance. Every time it emerges, it's a different experience - just yesterday, it leaned towards being a sweet perfume, yet today, I detect a very realistic rose with stem and thorns.
Its longevity lasts for around 6 hours (I used a mini version with a rollerball, so if sprayed on clothing, it might have even better staying power). I appreciate that the projection is not overwhelming, allowing me to comfortably wear it to the office 😎.
It's unique and doesn't remind me of scents like Shaghaf Oud or Oud Bouquet.
When I wear this perfume, I feel an immense sense of confidence. It truly enhances my feeling of beauty. I'm definitely planning to invest in a full bottle.
Acarin
Sometimes it’s lovely and rosy, sometimes it’s super strong and headache inducing. Very dominant rose and peppery. It vaguely reminds me of Si by Armani.
Sereen84
This one takes the best in all the other orientals and puts is together to make a very wearable and westernised, almost gourmand, rose fragrance. And she nailed it in my opinion! I enjoy this scent immensely!
Kim Milan
To strong and very nauseating and headache inducing, it is a easy pass from me
HellaLiza
On my skin it’s quite heavy and artificial. I can’t detect the pepper or saffron, or even the rose. If it’s a rose it’s a fantasy, girly, pink, glitter-like rose. Sweet for sure and nothing like OSM. I can picture Barbie wearing this. I would say it’s definitely for the colder months. Good longevity (on clothes at least)
I will return to smell it again in the cold. I tested it first in the winter (on paper) and as I remember it was a much more pleasant experience. For now it’s a 3.5/10
JenAvery
This changes on me every time I apply it to my skin, sometimes I smell the pepper, sometimes rose, today it was really sweet smoke. Sometimes I can’t smell it and sometimes it’s super strong. I really love this fragrance. Its a mystery but it’s always yummy, very edgy and a little badass. Reminds me very much of Tom Ford Rose Prick, not a dupe but in the same family. The dry down is a little more vanilla and amber sweetness; like a rose and vanilla cupcake. I’ve not smelled anything exactly like it. Ive purchased three 100ml bottles Just in case the discontinue it.
adeymeaza
I blind bought this because I can't buy it in store where I am - this is definitely not blind buy safe! I enjoy rose scents and I've never owned a saffron scent, I think this is a fragrance I have to warm up to a bit.
I don't hate the scent but i don't love it either - I'm a massive fan of Vanilla 28 and since this is a rose scent, I assumed I'd feel the same about this. I actually quite like the dry down - I think the pink pepper and saffron calm down a bit on my skin on the dry down - but it's practically a skin scent at that point and is definitely not worth a full bottle for me.
I can see how people can love this scent, but if I had the opportunity to sample before buying, I think I would have walked away without it tbh.
Update: I think I've warmed up to it, it's slowly becoming a love :) but I stand by what I said, this is not blind buy safe at all
CheriV
This smells great to me, and I truly enjoy wearing this scent. And so do others around me, as I've received several compliments from strangers, family, friends, all genders, all ages.
It's soft, sweet, feminine, but so unique and interesting. I feel so pretty wearing this! And while wearing this, I find that males generally tend to treat me like I am a delicate flower- which I find quite interesting.
I have had great experiences with Kayali. Their fragrances actually last north of 8hrs on me with good projection, and this is no different! This is a love for me.
Don’t let the bad reviews deter you from testing this one
Xenabea
I’m getting a heavy sweet tobacco opening on this. I’ve been really seeking out saffron and amber lately, but this one has me stuck. I don’t have much else with pink pepper and I’ve had a sample of this. I am smelling faint rose and albeit the medicinal peppery smell, this is so syrup sweet.
vivaLVmarie
90’s stationery with so much saffron. A no for me just like other Kayalis.
Jadeeeee
This smells strongly like BEER. I can’t I’m smell it. Gave it to my grandmother.
Emoviolet
I love it! Smells just like lush Rose Jam (which is a jammy rose, hence the name) but with the added note of pink pepper and saffron. I layer it with Kayali Lovefest sometimes. It does have better lasting power than the regular kayali fragrances (which have horrible lasting power) because it’s an intense version.
Nocciola23
I love pepper notes so I thought this would be right up my alley, but this is quite a heavy, syrupy rose scent.
It's nice, and lasts longer than other Kayali perfumes. It does remind me of Roses Vanille/Intense Cafe but the pepper and saffron make it a bit edgier and less sweet.
The pepper note is strong at first, but dries down quite quickly so I think people who are sensitive to pepper might actually enjoy this.
iszzieanna
I decided to hate this fragrance even before I smelt it. Ended up being completely my mistake. This is quite lovely. Lots of pink pepper and rougher saffron. The rose was used to sweeten this up. It’s a sweet, spicy and very well blended fragrance. Yes, it does smell youthful. However there is a classiness and a very alluring nature to SDPP. This being the only rose fragrance I like, as well as surprisingly layering well with Utopia Coco
SouthSim
Poor performance. Literally a skin scent
raeseo2000
So I love pink pepper as a note and rose too, and since those seem to be most prominent at first, I liked that about it. Over time, the pink pepper fades and saffron and vanilla is more supporting adding a slight creamy vibe but primarily rosey to my nose. Overall a nice, classy fragrance though not unique. More vivid than most others from this discovery layering set thingy, along with Invite Only Amber.
Pewbom
As an Arab female, I smell this a lot in my life. Not this specific perfume but the smell. It’s good but It is like a mainstream smell out there I smell it everywhere.
Vanilla_addict
Smells like sweet sugared, creamy roses. I can smell a leathery note in the opening. Saffron is dominant, especially on the dry down. I also smell a bit of marshmallowy note. PDM Delina kinda smells similar.
Not something I reach out for a lot but it's nice, especially for a romantic date. My boyfriend loved it on me, so.
Jullie777
I dislike Delinas and all other rose dominant fragrances, but this one I LOVE. It is deep, sweet, creamy, sexy.
Not even close to Oud Satin Mood, 2 very different fragrances
NellieD
Very strong on the fantasy florals. The vanilla orchid and magnolia ratings should be much higher than they are. Not a fan of fantasy florals, so this one's definitely not for me. I also disagree with the sillage rating from the community. My test strip is sitting in the next room and it's annoying the crap out of me because it smells so strong. While that's a problem for me because I don't like it and it doesn't seem to be evolving much, it does speak to some excellent sillage for the price.
RosaHoney19
I found this perfume to be a lovely spicy smoky rose. I personally wouldn’t buy a full bottle just because I don’t like spicy scents and I found just the sample I tested gave me a headache, but I do appreciate it for its uniqueness. It is a great scent, just not for me.
jessica_chinos
This smells delicious. This is a cheaper version of Oud Satin Mood, it smells very similar but without the elegance. Smells like chocolate and rose, I think is quite sexy. It's not a big projector in my skin, and it lasted only 3 hours. I already own Oud Satin Mood, so it's redundant to buy this one. I recommend buying it if you like Oud Satin Mood and don't want to spend that kind of money.
meadhbh
A spicy, sexy modern rose. I'm not generally a massive fan of rose in perfume, but the blend here plus the kick of the pepper is a fun take on it. Still undecided on whether I'll get a full bottle.
kangbi
smells so nice, it's warm and spicy and floral and everything goes so well together! the drydown was beautiful, it's such a unique scent. i've never smelt anything like this before
ciaramyrea
i hated this fragrance for a long time and today i decided to test it on my skin, and wow!! on my skin it’s very sweet and lightly floral. i can really smell the rose, saffron, and sandalwood. it’s blended perfectly. it’s a good rose perfume without feeling too “mature”. i was going to buy a travel size but i loved it so much i got the full size instead
Featherblossom
This one is one of my current favourites! It works really well with my skin chemistry and I really enjoy all the notes, especially the drydown. The pink pepper, the amber and the patchouli work really well together. The rose is much fainter but it's very well blended. It also lasts all day on me, which is great!
Originally I had a tester but I liked it so much that I used it up in a week. It is a bit overpriced, but I shopped around and managed to get my full bottle at a discount. Definitely would recommend this!
MrAbbas
This is a lighter, fainter more entry level MFK Oud Satin Mood Extrait. Its actually nice fragrance but MFK is more dense and has that Wow pow wow effect that this DNA needs.
JoyousOne
This is a really pretty unique scent. It sits close to the skin. Unfortunately the drydown of Patchouli is too much for me. I hate patchouli. If someone gifted tuus to me, I would definitely wear it. The Patchouli on a scale of 1 to 10 is about a 6. I tried to layer it with Vanilla 28 but that combo turned rancid on my skin. Im jealous this works so well for others but not me. Im at the stage where I need to LOVE not just like a perfume to buy it.
Selenity
This perfume is what people who like Delina Exclusif want you to think it smells like. But this one smells way better.
Delina Exclusif has a sweet almost minty note that throws off the balance of the perfume and it makes the blend really awkward for me. As if the notes don’t quite go together. Sweet Diamond’s pepper notes tie everything together and make this perfume smell more organic and harmonious.
It’s a sophisticated spicy rose and I love it
joikgirl
UUUU, THIS IS A BOMB. So interesting and different. Really strong pepper and saffron and in the shadows is the rose.
Someone who really loves spicy and intense fragrances would def like this too. Not my cup of tea. Very much a unisex fragrance.
undersprayer
I could hardly breathe after trying this, there was just so much going on in all the wrong ways. Love Kayali as a brand, and the packaging is beautiful, but between the headache it induces and the actual smell, I couldn’t bear wearing this.
lmnsvgz
Spicy artificial rose. Just get something from Mancera, at lesst it is going to last 6 more hours.
jxssicamidnight
This is very long lasting on me, I get a lot of the rose and pink pepper, bergamot and sandalwood!
It’s actually very unique in my collection and I have come across nothing like it!
I have the sample and 50ml, I’m not sure I’ll repurchase as I need to be in a certain mood to wear this one so it will take me a while to use up but definitely find it a very special addition to my collection!
I just love Kayali fragrances!
Katelynl88
Well this one is so similar to every other spicy rose scent . It’s been done over and over again . This smells like rose and baby wipes , then later gets a little spicy .
Bubbles1964
This is a lot like Oud Bouquet, a perfume that I owned and then sold. Both scents are on steroids when combined with my chemistry. I’m picking up a sugar rose and low grade patchouli. And apologies to those that love this scent, but it reminds me of a typical car air freshener.
This stuff is potent too, one small spritz and I had to open all the windows in the room I sprayed.
And I don’t agree that it’s similar to MFK Oud Satin Mood, that one is much smoother and more refined. I could not get over how sharp and nauseating the opening was, a scrubber for me.
TessaMarie_3
I really thought I wasn't going to like this one. I bought the Kayali Sampler from Sephora, and this was the third scent I tried out of the eight. I won't say I'm obsessed: the scent is still a little too strong for some days. But DANG. It really lasts all day on skin and on paper. My test was from about 9:15AM, and I still had a solid scent lingering on my skin almost 12 hours later! I love the spicy pepper note in this. It reminds me of a male coworker at a place I used to work a few years ago who always wore some kind of peppery cologne (never got the name because I was too embarrassed to ask lol). I liked it then and I love it now!
Edit as of 4/5/23:
I went out to celebrate a friend's birthday at a restaurant after wearing this all day (and refreshing right before the party: side note, I finally smelled the rose in this!), and on my way home I noticed that I smelled like a watermelon jolly rancher. It threw me off because that's not how it started, but it is my favorite flavor so I'm not mad. That could definitely be off-putting for some though.
aweso10
woww, sweet diamond really surprised me!! the notes are nothing crazy, but i felt that this frag struck the perfect balance between tart/balsamic and sugary/creamy. it has a soft floral aspect while still being marshmallow and lactonic, with a sour patch kids undertone from the pink pepper. super fun and reminds me of a lot of the early 00’s perfumes like fantasy.
realitygreene
I like this alot! I think I'm quickly going anosmic to it though because an hour after application I can't really detect any specific note. This gives me the same vibes as Chanel Coco Mademoiselle, it makes me feel confident and sexy.
Coffeeandscents
This is my signature summer fragrance since I wore it everyday last summer and now it reminds me of summer. It’s a beautiful sweet rose, and vanilla with spicy pink pepper and fresh bergamot, it never gets too heavy or cloying just beautifully sweet, spicy rose and vanilla, and a little fresh, and addicting!!! I actually enjoy the vanilla in this more than vanilla 28!
jjluvsm9
A tooth achingly sweet take on a fresh spicy rose. Has a slight burnt sugar feeling to it but ultimately the rose and pink pepper dominates throughout. This is one of the few Kayali fragrances where I can pretty much get all the notes. Performance better than most from this house, but still just about average. For me, this sort of DNA is something I’ve smelled a million times before but it also happens to be just my taste, an easy grab and go day to day. This type of frag is really a bit of me, no matter how common it is I’ll never get enough. And this one is so nicely done for those who have a sweeter tooth.
Might have to order a backup bottle, it’s just that wearable for me.
8.7/10

This perfume has me in a chokehold. I started with the travel size bottle and had to buy the 100ml soon after. Let me just say that this is an INTENSE perfume. Insane sillage and lasting power. I can still smell this on my clothes 24 hours after spraying!
Starts out as very peppery and spicy. The rose is very bold but the patchouli balances it out a bit making it feel more earthy and tones down the floral aspect a bit. Beautifully balanced and very bold perfume.
The dry down. Wow wow wow the dry down. I think it’s one of my favourite perfume dry downs ever. It is a beautiful sweet musky rose that is just to die for. It’s sweet without being sugary and has a beautiful creaminess to it. It will last on my clothes like this forever. I love putting on a sweater or a jacket I had sprayed with this and smelling the dry down.
All in all, one of my top favourite perfumes. I west it day and night and all times of the year but I could see how some may feel it’s more of a night time and cold weather perfume.
Special shoutout goes to the full-size bottle atomizer. The spray is so satisfying! Really adds to the experience of wearing this fragrance.
lauralizabeth
Day 4 of the Kayali discovery set & this is my favourite scent so far (although I probably still wouldn’t buy it full size). It was a bit of a surprise as I wasn’t expecting to like it as much as I did - a nice, rosey fragrance. It really reminds me of another perfume I’ve had in the past, but I can’t put my finger on it (perhaps a rose L’occitane I had many years ago?). I think it would be really nice layered with something a bit creamy. It’s still a bit synthetic for my liking: 5/10.
ridleyc
The opening on this is pure pink pepper which mellows out in the dry down. It is a super sweet, rosey perfume on me, quite sharp, but there’s a creamy depth to it as well. It really reminds me of Angel by Thierry Mugler on the opening; but nobody else has mentioned that so maybe I’m crazy. I really do think there’s a similarity there somewhere though! Not a perfume I would wear, but one many would enjoy.
marietangerine
This smells like something royals would wear to lunch after the fox hunt. Great for cold, wet weather, day or night. It leans feminine. The first thing I notice is something like a soapy cilantro note. The only sweetness you get is from the florals, obv predominantly a sweet rose. Loud spiciness from loads of pepper, warmth from the amber, and dare I say a touch animalic and earthy in the dry down from the saffron and patchouli. I do get that metallic note as well, probably from the saffron (I get the same metallic twang from Orientica Amber Rouge). I bought the dual ended rollerball (with Utopia Vanilla Coco) and that is enough for me. Happy to have a big sample.
Longevity B+ (6-8hrs)
Projection B+ (4-6ft)
Scent DNA B+ (not really my thing but I appreciate that it is VERY what it is … if that makes sense lol)
EDIT: Having used up my rollerball, I am now missing and even craving this scent. It really grew on me.
Kizzyb93
VERY SIMILIAR TO NINA RICCI ROSE ABSOLUTE….. NOT TO SURE IF I LIKE IT
Jacqueline.Louise
If you like the bug spray for mosquitos this is for you! I happen to love that spray and have always wanted to find a fragrance that kind of smells like it, this is it. It's a very sweet scent and it definitely doesn't feel like a floral when you wear it, it's more bug spray meets vanilla/saffron. I hate any type of floral so when I say this isn't floral I really mean it. Most would say it's a winter scent, it might get a bit too sweet in the summer, but I can't imagine wearing something that smells like mosquito spray anytime other than summer. Longevity is maybe around 5 hours in the winter.
Morgan45
On me smells like a cross between Armani Si and Mon Paris Intensement, which happen to be two of my faves, with an added hint of incense. Of the 5 Kayalis I've tried over the past couple of days it's probably my favorite, but since I already have Si and MPI, I don't need it. I might actually consider picking it up if I run out of either, though.
lanasmellrey
very soapy rose and oregano?
lavender0
I was really looking forward to trying this perfume as people compare it to Oud Satin Mood and Nina Ricci L’Extase Rose Absolue, the latter which I adore and look into replacing as it’s been discontinued. I sprayed it on my arm while shopping and I must say I really hate it. I think the only resemblance is the fact that the middle notes are made of roses, otherwise I really can’t smell it on me. The first sniff was like entering a dusty house, then for a couple of hours it just smelled like cheap incense sticks and dusty old roses. The dry down is definitely more bearable, but the perfume is really strong and has great projection, so you really have to like it to be able to wear it, otherwise it would just annoy you.
Jasmine Joy
Lovely warm, spicy and rosy scent. Reminds me of Roses Vanille by Mancera but I like this a lot more. Best worn in the cold months since it is quite heavy and strong. Only got a travel spray to test it out but after one spray, I will get the full bottle soon.
north43star
On my skin this smells so similar to Armani Si but in an old fashioned way. I am not a fan of Si either because that one smells like red wine vinegar to me but having said that is a little more tolerable. This one though is on another level and literally makes me sick to my stomach. Nevermore.
Elsee
Gorgeous! Twin sister to Mon Paris Intensement. Wasn't sure I would like this one but wow - just amazing.
supergirl9412
Strong, cloying sweet rose and pink pepper. The rose gets hot and powdery after several hours, making it feel a little more old-fashioned.
It’s not my style, but I think you’d be very happy with Sweet Diamond if it seems like your kind of fragrance. It’s blended nicely, got good projection, and lasts well.
I’m reminded of Elizabeth & James Nirvana Rose. Even though it’s been years since I’ve smelled it, I think that’s the only other time I’ve smelled this sweet, peppery rose.
Marilysmellsyummy
I looove this. My signature scent if I have one. It’s a sweet spicy modern rose. I get endless compliment
Linnsim
At first I liked it. The top note of saffron was really good. Then the drydown really bothers me, I believe it’s the type of rose. Reminds me of oud satin mood, which I strongly dislike. I find it cold and harsh.
SassyScarlet
This perfume didn't really wow me as much as Vanilla 28 and Vanilla Royale. I will try it again in the future because it is pretty.
😍😍😍 However, I can't wait to get my hands on the new Kayali Yum Pistachio Gelato 33 Intense Eau De Parfum. Super excited.🍦🍦🍦❤❤❤
lola911
This one was a surprise! When I first smelled it, I was not a fan at all. But, when you wear this it truly develops into something so sweet and addictive. Its last ages on skin and clothes and lasted 2 days in my hair. Its my favorite Kayali so far ( I love most of them). This layered with Eden Juicy Apple has been my FAVORITE layering combo that I have tried! So stunning <3
chb
I find this super versatile and it’s probably the Kayali perfume, I like the most, which I didn’t expect. I get a lot of pink pepper and rose on my skin. I find it super wearable for most of the year. It’s very pretty with a bit of spice and you can wear it for any occasion. Quite long lasting on me as well. I will say it’s not the most exciting and innovative perfume, still debating if I should buy a full bottle, but if I end up doing so, I know I will get a lot of use out of this.
LaMiaRosa
This one is a bit offensive to me. I didn't think it would be because I enjoy pink pepper and rose, but it's likely the addition of saffron and bergamot that turns me off. It smells a bit like burning rubber to me. Reminds me a little of Libre Le Parfum (which I really don't like) and lo and behold, that fragrance also has the pairing of saffron and bergamot. If you like Libre though, you will probably like this. Only good thing I can say is that this one doesn't disappear like many of the other Kayali fragrances and I think (if you like the scent) it stands well on its own and does not need to be layered with anything else.
EDIT: After a few hours the offensive "burnt rubber" smell fades away and the drydown is soft and musky. I like the drydown. But not willing to get through the first few hours to get there. If I wanted a musk scent I'd just wear Musk 12 (and probably overspray like crazy because it's so faint, or layer with Vanilla 28).
QueenieIrenie
Nice enough jammy rose, very similar scent profile to Oud Satin Mood. However, this feels not as well-blended as OSM. Maybe I am biased because I think OSM is a masterpiece, so exquisitely blended, and Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper feels so rough around the edges in comparison. Maybe it's unfair to compare SDPP to OSM considering the latter is more than double the price, but on the other hand, more expensive does not always mean better, especially since I do not consider the Kayali range to be "cheap." But in this case, I smell a difference in quality. However, if you like that scent profile but don't want to spend $300 on a fragrance, I think SDPP is a good compromise. Also feels a bit more versatile and more wearable compared with OSM, which to me is not something I'd wear casually to run to the store, but SDPP can be worn almost anywhere.
Acidula
It reminds me a lot of perfumes women used to wear in the 90s, like many others from Kayali. I don't find it modern, l've smelt this combination thousands of times.
Luckily, saffron and pink pepper have been used in a merciful amount: these are two notes that usually make me feel very sick (if you use Baccarat Rouge et similia, please keep distant), and I was scared to even try it.
Instead, it's a very easy and - for the fans of this kind of scents - a pleasant fragrance. Not for me, though.
banjerine
A mature, aromatic rose steeped in spicy saffron and Prosecco magnolia, just barely touching the edge of savoury. Striking and glamorous with a touch of mystery, like a silver screen starlet with a studio-sanctioned moniker and the hint of an indecipherable accent.
Caseystewart64
Sweet diamond pink pepper smells like Armani Si.
I am SHOCKED no one has mentioned this, maybe it’s only like Si on my skin and not others…
It’s not an EXACT dupe but it is WAY to close for me to ever own.. I’m actually very disappointed
Nikola24
One of the most favourite of Kayali 💖 it’s strong it’s feminine it’s powerful, it’s not 100% unique as there are perfumes like this but it has its own way of being special. Whenever I wear it I truly enjoy it and it makes you feel as 👸🌹if you love Kayali perfumes generally this one need to be in your collection
reenealexandra
Beautiful, sexy, feminine. To me, it's rose, vanilla, and spicy done in a beautiful way. Kayali is the only brand I trust with any vanilla or rose scent.
ETaylor86
As others have said, this is very similar to Lush’s Rose Jam. If Rose Jam had an older, more sophisticated sister it would be this. It’s less cloying and sickly but still has the jammy rose at the forefront. More spice to this and some depth. I’m really happy with this!
lisl
This is an absolutely beautiful, long lasting rose fragrance. Couldn't stop smelling it on my wrist. A keeper.
luna_stella
omg this smells so similar to Rose Jam from Lush! Almost identical. That being said, it also smells somewhat similar to Oud Satin Mood from MFK. I have had very traumatic experiences with that fragrance (headaches, vomiting) and therefore this is very much not for me. LOUD, heavy, dense rose with a bit of a spicy kick.
Leesh
I found my winter rose perfume! This is a jammy rose with a bit of an edge. It’s peppery, woodsy and I definitely smell the rose. It’s beautifully blended and for a rose scent lover, like me, this is perfection. Even though it’s not gourmand, at all, it makes my mouth water. It transports me and I find it intoxicating. It makes me feel confident, sexy, and beautiful; what more could I ask for!
aeharris
The chemical peper spice of this fragrance really turned me off
Wonder_Rose
I hated this on my skin. It was nice on the paper, but on me it smells like cheap silicone after it starts to degrade. Sickly sweet and chemical.
solarpunk
i love smelling this but i feel rose doesn't suit me, though i love the spices. a very bold perfume that would get you noticed. i swear this is the cousin of Lush Rose Jam, anyone with me?
ankaradios
out of all kaylia this definitley has that middle eastern dna....sweet spicy rose with incense. definitley a sexy date night scent where you will stand out. after 15 mins when it settles on the skin you get a sweet fresh rose with incense but more toned down then the opening. its so pretty if you're into rose oud scents def recommend and smell before u buy
Sereen84
I did not expect such a high quality and gorgeous scent from Kayali. I am so pleasantly surprised. Oud Bouquet is one of my favorite scents ever. Sweet Diamond has Oud and Rose but the concentration differs. here the oud is almost muted and the rose and sweet notes amped up. This is an everyday kind of oud rose combo that I love. Extremely feminine and sexy. Silage and longevity are amazing! I love it and can t stop wearing it!
cowboyfuel
Abhorrently savory florals. Why does this stink like charred vegetables and rust?? What even.
Gabbympb
This smells exactly like ysl mon Paris on me I was kinda shook on how similar they both were on me, sweet, warm, date night fragrance for sure
Orchids55
By itself Not for me, but layered with my body sprays that don’t last long it helps a lot !
StopHammertime
The opening is so interesting and I thought I was going to love it. Pink pepper, saffron, fresh bergamot. Then the rose comes busting down the door and the party is over, that is almost all I get from then on. I can’t wear rose perfumes, but if you love rose, this might be interesting for you.
Allikib
I’m not a big rose fan and this is very rose forward. I associate rose with more mature scents so this isn’t one that I enjoy from their line.
DiscoPolga
Sweet, strong, balsamic rose. This perfume stands our from the whole range - its lasting power and sillage are impressive. If you've tested a bunch of rose scents before, Sweet Diamont won't be anything groundbreaking - but it is well blended. The rose doesn't overpower, the sweetness is there to support (and not to suffocate) and saffron adds character and dimension. Overall, worth a try.
mandyads
This is zesty, fruity and sparkling. I was really surprised that I like this so much. I can't decide if it's something I want in my collection, but I'm leaning toward it. honestly, I thought it was going to smell old-fashioned with the pink pepper and rose. However, it's a jammy rose with a zest/fruity peppery vibe (don't think spicy). This is super uplifting!
The dry down is so sweet and youthful. It gets creamier and sweeter, but maintains a bit of that brightness from the opening. I keep getting whiffs of it and wondering what smells so good! I'm very surprised by this fragrance, as I didn't expect to appreciate this profile at all., I think this would be a fragrance that is easily overlooked by many. Depending on the types of fragrances you like, this may not be anything special. I usually gourmand or opulent fragrances, so this is actually unique in a collection like mine.
AuthenticAF
This is really beautiful, i got the small spray bottle and the dual rollerball with vanilla coco and i i love both. This sweet diamond is very peppery at first but i love it! I think this is good for all occasions, all seasons. It feels clean yet sultry, traditional yet modern. It feels luxury yet accessible. Its different but not weird. I am really enjoying this because it isnt what i expected, it is better! Plus, i can smell it and i dont become anosmic to it👍🏼 I do love rose but it isnt just the rose i am liking, i think it is the saffron i smell that puts it over the top.
Update: this is prob in my top 5, moving to my faves
Ghoulx13
I literally made an account just because I had to write about this.. I just got the discovery set and I was super excited about invite only and this one, sweet diamond is beyond my new favorite! I don’t know if there’s a marshmallow note hiding in this perfume or if it’s my chemistry but I feel like a marshmallowy bergamot slice with a comforting spiciness that settles throughout the dry down, the smell gets so rich and cozy once it’s completely settles. This fragrance for me is just one of those scents I want to smell all the time! It’s my birthday soon so I know what I’m getting!!!
Kaleigha
Unfortunately, this one didn't work for me. A bit too spicy, a bit too...jarring, maybe? This isn't one that I need another test of, since it is a solid no right from the start. I have three from this line that I absolutely love, but this isn't one of them.
Celestya
I like dark rose fragrance. This scent is for rose lovers. A rose for fall and winter: dark and with a touch of sandalwood and pepper. Same vibe of Rose absolu by Nina, Oud satin Mood by MFK, Rose noire by Adopt. My style of perfumes... For a queen! With the touch of pepper, it is also a fun scent (a twist).
9/10
Alabama13
Only here to add to the hype! Such a beautiful spicy rose with a touch of sweetness to balance it out. This has a bold and edgy spin on a typical floral fragrance. Something about it is addictive. This is an absolute love and a staple. Good silage and great longevity!
frag_nostalgia
One of my faves out of the discovery set. I've never smelled a rose note so syrupy sweet in all of my fragrance experience. It's a rose cupcake with luscious vanilla buttercream frosting, plus the added interest of a smoky/spicy savoriness -- perhaps a light dusting of finely ground chilies mixed with powdered sugar?? Smells quite similar to Loumari by Almeria which is also rose & pepper but with a cotton candy sweetness, cool(lily), and spicy(pepper, saffron), plus ever so slightly stemmy green. Rose cupcakes made sooooo unique by added savoriness. Gorg! 🧁🥀🌶️❄️
bea777
This scent is so rich, the rose feels unique paired with the other notes. I love how warm and sweet this smells to me, once it has dried down I get much more vanilla. As others have mentioned the pink pepper note is very prominent.. I don't dislike this though. Overall I would say this is a great sexy winter scent. I would wear this scent on a date, automatic confidence boost
Khigdon1
So I don’t usually like rose scents but I do really liked the rose notes in this one, especially the top notes. I also love the sweetness, and how strong this perfume is on me! However, the pink pepper note is a bit overpowering on my skin and it irritates my nose. A nice, pleasant smell overall, and lasts longer than some other kayalis I have tried, but unfortunately I just can’t do the pepper. However, if you like a sweet pepper note, give this one a shot!
demonicpretty
The comparisons to Lush’s Rose Jam are on-point. This one is also similar to 7 Virtues Rose Amber. Sweet Diamond is a jammy rose, and ROSE is the focus. Pink pepper is also very prominent, adding a hint of spice. The saffron gives this one an almost foody, leathery edge. The impression is of a syrupy floral with a fuzzy warm background. This is what I wanted Lush Rose Jam to be (that one sometimes smells like roses right on the edge of decay) and is definitely a contender for a full bottle. I’m shocked. If you love rose and Arabian style scents, don’t miss this one!
baby_lotus
If you like the general idea of MFK oud satin mood but find it to be a bit too mature, dense, or chokes you out.. please try this.
This has a sparkling bergamot note that is effervescent and the fragrance smells like a true gorgeous young rose (not too powdery), with earthy patchouli peeking through.
It is wonderful. Highly recommend!
Heavenly Heather
This is so beautiful, it opens with a jammy rose spiked with spices. You really get the saffron which makes this unique in its own right. The dry down in my favorite part as the vanilla orchid and sandalwood come out to play and stick around for quite some time. It lingers on my skin and my clothing. It’s just lovely!
Cvdwatson
I recently sold my bottle because I grew tired of convincing myself to like it after a blind buy!
I'm learning that patchouli and rose are just not my vibe. Much too much pink pepper for me.
Rodgersand
I find this such a beautiful, intoxicating scent that I can’t stop sniffing my wrists. I’m almost getting gourmand notes from this, and it gives me a feeling of luxury, like being wrapped up in a blanket in the back of a limo. I absolutely love it.
Liljekonvall
People who Say this is simular to oud bouquet go check your nose🫣I have both snd they arn’t Even close😅
sakecat22
Tea rose - fruity and sharp. I don't get much pink pepper or saffron on my skin - which is a shame since I enjoy both of those notes. It dries down into a creamier rose with a hint of vanilla. I like roses, but I've never been a fan of Perfumers Workshop Tea Rose style scents. It's wearable, but I'd rather wear something else.
hjeperfume
I only wear this perfume during the winter since it is an extremely heavy fragrance. The first sniff of the perfume was a bit off to me since it smells mature and on my skin the rose is almost the only note which is picked up. However, I absolutely love the dry down, after an hour or so it slowly turns into the most beautiful soft vanilla fragrance. I do which that it lasted longer and that the sillage was stronger, due to the high price. Overall I do recommend this fragrance to someone who loves the rose note and looking for a winter fragrance.
ag333
I’m sooo obsessed I can’t even describe. I will admit I don’t love the opening. In fact it smells more mature and dated in the opening. But after an hour it sweetens up and the spice comes out. Then I feel sexy wearing it, it’s almost addicting. I’ve gotten a few compliments. I’m going to puchase a full bottle but just the 50ml bc I won’t wear this often. It’s great for date nights, cool weather, or for me pole dancing so I can feel super sexy. Rose scents aren’t really “me” but I’m vibing with Sweet Diamond.
Mollyskye
I'm having a totally different experience with this one than what I expected from reading other reviews. The opening reminds me of what I can only describe as a very classic, "old-fashioned," very perfume-y scent. Once that dissipates I detect a very dry note on my skin, it reminds me of leather or suede (probably the saffron, this isn't a note I'm super familiar with). About an hour after application I get a really lovely feminine vanilla and rose, almost reminiscent of my La Nuit Tresor Nude. I really like the dry down but I just don't enjoy it for the first hour or so. Long lasting, about 10 hours.
style1015
I actually enjoy this one, despite the rose note being a bit hit or miss for me. It's a feminine, deep, rich and slightly jammy rose. The rose is front and center in this fragrance in all it's glory. If you don't like rose, you probably won't enjoy this. The top has the unmistakable pink pepper vibe and the saffron gives more aromatic richness. I agree with others that it has an oriental flare to it and almost smells like there's a hint of incense. Plus it lasts fairly long! Try this if you like sexy, intense, rich rose scents.
mariboo
I dare to say this is Kayali's most feminine fragrance. It brings a very mature and sophisticated energy. Perfect for a date night.
perfume_angel
This is an oriental jammy rose scent. It’s sweet, spicy, syrupy and jammy at the same time. So addicting and intoxicating and delicious! It smells like an Arabian cocktail infused with rosewater and saffron. To my nose the most prominent notes are rose, pink pepper and saffron. If you love Arabian style rose in fragrances then definitely check this one out. Oh and I must mention this has great sillage and longevity.🥀
Jazz10!
Definitely a peppery-Smokey rose.
•remember the scene of Betty Boop handing out cigars in the night club in Who Framed Roger Rabbit? Yeah, I feel like this is what she’d smell like in that scene 😂❤️
I don’t hate it.
I feel like this would be a good scent for a smoker. There’s not much a person can do to hide the smell of lingering ash on themselves 😂 so what better way to embrace it?! It would camouflage nicely bc it’s a incensy- yet rosy sweet fragrance.
Personally wouldn’t be my idea of a First-reach perfume.
myperfumepassion
To me this is crack in a bottle! Love love love this. I will get the full bottle. Never finished a 10ml that fast. This is a beautiful sweet jammy rose with pink pepper. This is just gorgeous. I don't smell any oud, but it's definitely very oriental (I'd say probably there is 10% resembles shagaf oud/oud bouquet). This is a very seductive, enticing fragrance.
Seranity
I have Atomic Rose and Nina Ricci L'extase (black bottle) and this literally smells like a layered combo of the 2. I much prefer these 2 by themselves rather than the kayali Pink Pepper. I think it's the Pepper note. It gets right up my nose. I actually want to sneeze. Thankfully I only bought the 10ml mini bottle off sephora. Not for me.
rainydays
The name is certainly NOT misleading-- the pepper note in this is massive! This is a spicy, almost savory rose fragrance. It's warm and exotic, but will not appeal to everyone's tastes. If you are looking for a fresh rose, or a more gourmand-leaning sugary rose, this isn't it. Personally I wanted this to be a little bit more effervescent. However, it's decent for what it is.
misskaylak
Smells almost identical to Lush Rose Jam, but less powdery. One day, while wearing Rose Jam, someone told me I smelled like baby powder and it ruined the fragrance for me. I’m hopeful this Kayali will replace the Rose Jam I’ve been missing
CXMURPHY
A sweeter, more feminine leaning and playful version of Shaghaf Oud! I love it. Think Shaghaf Oud and Moschino Toy 2!
renatalux
This is very different from oud satin mood, shargaf and oud bouquet ! do not expect a dupe when buying this ... it is a nice perfume though
Penhaligoons
Middle Eastern rose, turkish delight type of fragrance. Soooo beautiful and long lasting.
Only thing I'm not too impressed by is that it really is a linear scent.
It is very well blended, however.
If you're like me and have an aversion to rose forward scents, I'd still give this a try! For me, as beautiful as rose is as a scent, I still get massive headaches when others wear it around me, although after the first couple times of being curious enough to try it, I really found myself wanting to spray this throughout the day and continuously sniffing my wrist and clothes.
It's really addictive.
Basema
I bought this perfume for the opening note. I wish it continues to smell this way. Smells like a gift from Iran that has box of saffron, dried roses, saffron sugar sticks and rose water. Beautiful
EndlessEuphoria
Kay Ali Sweet Diamond is a beautiful scent for the price. On my skin this is MFK Oud Satin Mood little sister. It’s sweet, cozy, warm, flirty and sexy. I was expecting the pink pepper to be so strong based on reviews, but wasn’t strong to me at all. The notes were blended perfectly. If you can’t afford Oud Satin Mood this is a great alternative. But if you can afford to splurge Oud Satin Mood would be the better choice for longevity and beast mode. I currently own both of these fragrances and don’t regret purchasing either one.
Update: the complete dry down is the same as the discontinued Sì Fiori by Giorgio Armani! I’m so in love with this fragrance. So after spray first spray I get rose and saffron and moves to a soft oud rose vanilla combination similar to Oud Satin mood. Then dries down to a creamy sweet rose vanilla similar to Sì Fiori. This sweetness is a beauty.
Eveningrose
This mostly rose and saffron . That’s what I get mostly from this. The saffron makes it feel a little spicy and aromatic. It’s not hard to love! I have a mini bottle but I don’t think it’s special for me to get a full bottle .
Roos88dutch
Smells like the old Donna for reformulation , from Valentino .
Liljekonvall
Its a nice perfume but Nothing alike montale intense cafe or oud bouquet!Check ur nose If u think that😅
Blondette
I really like this one...
It's sweet, vanilla, cozy, warm, spicy, sensual, inviting, flirty, feminine aaaand the list goes on.
For sure it's a cold weather kind of fragrance.
On me, after 6-7 hours, this fragrance smells similar to Dior Bois d'Argent... I wonder... Is it just me??? Maybe because the base notes are also found in Dior Bois d'Argent (Amber, Musk, Patchouli + woody), maybe 1% sweeter / vanillay.
Anyway, I love them both. Such cold-weather beauties.
Atina365
It’s a basic perfume. Inoffensive. And unremarkable. I’m unimpressed.
SophieVictoria93
This is a more subdued, milder version of Swiss Arabian’s Shaghaf Oud. If you like the scent profile of SO but find it a bit too cloying or screechy, this is a nice alternative that isn’t as expensive as Lancôme’s Oud Bouquet - which I do believe this perfume was trying to emulate.
It is a crowd pleaser and does last a bit longer than other Kayali fragrances, but considering this is supposed to be an “intense” perfume the performance could be better. If you already have Shaghaf Oud or Oud Bouquet you don’t need this, however it is a nice scent.
Dramaloladiva
It seems everyone has a strong opinion about this new offering from Mona Kattan...but I think it is a very beautiful scent. A mix of Rose, Oud, there’s a bit of florals, a bit of sweetness, smokiness and sexiness. What else could you want more from a perfume???
I think this is very well blended. On my skin, longevity is 6-7 hours. Projection is about an arm’s length. As the day goes by the scent transforms from a Rose to a subtle Vanilla to a wood/smoky scent and I love every minute of it.
Does it remind me of Lancôme’s Oud Bouquet? Yes, and no. Oud Bouquet is a rosy Wood whereas PPSD is a woody Rose. Oud Bouquet has a sweetened smoky incense kinda vibe. PPSD has sweetness but there is a brightness to it, a certain sharpness that reminds me of Delina (not full on Delina but just a whisper of it).
There are so many Rose perfumes out there in the world but that’s the fun of it though! I am always on the hunt for a rose that is beautiful but pretty.
This one is a clear winner, it may be sharing all the notes with all the other Rose/Oud combinations, but this one is a beautiful juice not to be scoffed at. I am enjoying it immensely and even layering it with the others scents from the Kayali Collection! And THAT’S what it’s all about: having FUN!
scentualmango
This layered with Déjà Vu White Flower is a delicious sweet floral cupcake and I am now obsessed. Because Kayali are layering scents, let’s work with it.
SD+V: intense sweet and subtle spicy bomb. it’s very sugary, and mixed on my skin it pulls creamy almost. My wife comments that I smell like cocoa butter (iykyk) with this comb, an expensive nutty, warm, creamy and very sweet intoxication of YUM.
SD+M: the dry down is an amazing musk bomb, it’s feminine and warm like fresh cotton laundry it’s a comforting dream. *second personal favorite combo.
SD+DV: wow. I honestly don’t even know how to explain the amazingness. it’s a floral bomb, there’s a strong impression of peach on my skin. Ultra feminine and just right. *personal fav. 👌🏾
SD can absolutely stand on its own like every other fragrance from Kayali. On its own, it’s sweet, it’s a warm rose (not fresh cut rose). The amber mixes beautifully and isn’t too “mature.” I definitely smell the pink pepper but it’s not a punch in your face and strongest at first spray, which I prefer. It almost seems like a cooler season perfume, which is awesome because I can carry roses with me all year round! Layered with Musk or Dèjà Vu White Flower (fav) you can easily wear in Spring/Summer. Sweet Diamond did take a while after first spray for me to enjoy it, and I’ll revisit it as a stand-alone scent in cooler months but I would honestly say it’s a safe blind buy and staple in my fragrance collection. 💕
Don’t let the bad reviews deter you from testing this one
perfumeshewrote
The first thing you do when you spray this, is smile. Or at least I did.
The combination of the head notes is what makes you smile.
The pink pepper is made earthy and spicy by the saffron and frizzy by the bergamot. You know when your nose tickles after you smell pepper? This is it.
The lily comes a step behind, extremely shy and waxy and opens the road to the rose. The roses are slightly dusty and extremely sweet and jammy. I think it’s the combination of the roses and the vanilla orchid giving this sweetness to the rose.
Now, you can’t tell me there’s no oud in here. Impossible. 🧐
It’s not a musty oud but a delicate and shy one. It’s maybe the musk/amber/sandalwood combination.
I mean Mona Kattan lives in Dubai and is of Middle Eastern heritage, I’m preeeetty sure she knows what oud smells like and how to recreate it without being overpowering.
What I feel in the drydown is the sweet jammy rose, mentioned oud and sandalwood.
This perfume is perfect for everyone, anytime.
Now, my personal consideration.
I think one of the things that made Mona ad Huda Kattan so successful (and we love to see it) is knowing exactly what’s on trend and adapting it to their taste and brand. In case of Kayali, Mona knows exactly what we like and what’s on trend.
Pink Pepper lives in the same realm of some favorites like Oud Bouquet by Maison Lancome, Roses Vanille by Mancera, L’Extase Rose Absolue by Nina Ricci and Rose Gourmand by Zara but makes it personal to the brand with the Pink Pepper prospective.
luna_stella
omg this smells so similar to Rose Jam from Lush! Almost identical. That being said, it also smells somewhat similar to Oud Satin Mood from MFK. I have had very traumatic experiences with that fragrance (headaches, vomiting) and therefore this is very much not for me. LOUD, heavy, dense rose with a bit of a spicy kick.

This fragrance made me realize the fact that I hate roses in perfumery.
Having tried Portrait of Lady by Frederic Malle, A La Rosè by MFK, Oud Bouquet by Lancôme, Intense Cafe by Montale - I hated all of them because the rose note gives me nausea. I thought I didn’t find “my” rose yet. Then, I blind bought this thinking it will be mostly pepper with some rose notes, but no guys. This is ROSE.
Some say it is similar to Oud Satin Mood, but Oud Satin Mood by MFK doesn’t give me nausea, even though there’s a small amount of Rose in there and Sweet Diamond is nowhere near MFK ( I still cannot wear MFK tho)
It’s is a sweet, vanillic ROSE which you cannot escape from. There’s a tiny bit of patchouli here, which balances it out (kind of), but that’s basically it.
Mona Kattan said that there should be more pepper, but where is it? Somewhere at the end of the classroom never raising its hand.
Buy it if you like rose and all of those I mentioned before. Don’t even think that this note will not be prominent here.
srcnls
I blind bought the 10ML bottle to try it out, I'm so glad I didn't go for a larger bottle. I find it too sickly sweet, I thought the other notes would offset the sweetness more than they do but I don't get a lot of rose strangely. I still really like Kayali as a brand but this launch may not be for you if you're on the fence about super sweet perfumes. To be fair it is called "Sweet Diamond" so that one may be on me. I find this fragrance a little basic I suppose.
Sofia87
Rose-dominant. Weird mix of smokey/jammy roses. You have to love rose to be able to enjoy this. Unfortunately I can't stand it. Makes me nauseated. Drydown is better than opening. You really have to like strong, deep, rosey lily scents. It's very popular, so give it a couple of sniffs before you buy it. It's very lady-like, powerful, pretty unique and not generic or boring. Not a safe blind buy. Could work as a signature fragrance for sure. Good luck!
Makenzie
Honestly, this is disappointing. We love pepper note In the middle east, we always blend it to perfection, if you smell in arabian fragrances you will notice that the note is dominant yet blends seamlessly with other ingredients. This one is just TOO SWEET! just like other kayali fragrances, the sweetness is just too much I cant smell the pepper at all! this to me smells like their vanilla fragrance, too sugary with a strong dose of rose notes that am not a fan of at all. I found the dry own to be weird, too sharp and crisp (I cant Identify the notes) while still overly sweet. I found this fragrance to be unbalanced, All the notes were flying everywhere, too sugary, too sweet. I find the new Kayali fragrance release to be too sweet, which kills it for me and I guess to most Arabian noses as well, we love our bold harsh notes it makes us feel special and unique. Hoping for more balanced and less sweet fragrances in the future.
